Riverway scheduled an appointment right away. Noah arrived promptly and expertly installed a new faucet (which I purchased elsewhere) for the basement utility sink. He also installed a new T&P valve for the hot water heater. Noah did not waste any time driving up the hourly charge. He finished quickly and the bill was fairly priced. Great service, and also, at the office with Brie! ... plus, they are located nearby.

Neil was amazing. He came out, truly listened to what I had to say about the flooding that occurred in our basement after the '100 year' thunderstorm. He took his time investigating the problem, went outside and deducted that the water got in through the chimney. He said he just let go of a potentially expensive basement tear up. I am so very grateful. Thank you Neil!

NOT FAKE! First time replaced pipe to unclog kitchen drain and husband had to finish the job by removing the REST of the clog from kitchen drain. Were supposed to come assess another clogged drain. Was SUPPOSED to bring camera. After waiting several weeks and calling again, showed up with NO camera and proceeded to make problem worse. AFTER THEY CAME drain was backing up enough to get carpet and cabinet wet in laundry room (halfway across room). Placed urgent call for them to come back...was told he was busy for WEEKS and couldn't come back soon, but she would check and call us back. NEVER called

His office assistant was very pleasant and help me with all of my concerns. The owner was very nice to work with and accommodating in getting my old toilet replaced for me. I would recommend them for any plumbing issues. They were great! I would give them 5 stars!

We found out yesterday, late morning, that our entire sewer system needed to be re-routed to accommodate a pool install. A crew came out today and had it all done in no time. 5 stars for quality, promptness, care, and professionalism. I’ll call them for any and all future needs, no doubt about it!! I didn’t shop around but the price seemed more than reasonable for the job.

Just had the worst experience with another company and riverway helped us and went out of their way to talk to us and work with us! Cannot say enough great things about them. Riverway installed a gas line from my house to an outbuilding. They had the LOWEST of five estimates that I got from five companies all my neighbors recommended. When they completed the job, they took $100 off that low estimate because they had completed it faster than expected. My yard looked great when the job was done. They were on time, very friendly and very professional. I highly recommend this company!!!!!!!!

Riverway was one of two plumbing services to follow up on an after hours call; I held off on the (not so competition) because they wanted to charge well over $1k for a back up and wouldn't be available until a later time. Thankfully I did, the cost incurred from Riverway was at a fraction of the competition. Cost aside, the plumber was phenomenal. Very courteous, thorough and explained how to follow up if the issue persists. Riverway will be my first choice from here on out.
