My husband hired Jeremy to paint our wooden kitchen cabinets. I was skeptical and wanted the cabinets gone and new ones put in. However, Jeremy has totally changed my mind! Jeremy from Myers paint came to bid our property for a full paint, he did not show for the first appointment and said it was my wife's fault (it wasn't). He came 3 days later and then promised to get us the quote the next day because we were in a time crunch. No numbers came, no call, no communication...
we followed up with him by leaving a voicemail 3 days later on the weekend to see what his progress was, no call, no email, no follow up.
We followed up again the following day because our timeline is now even more compressed, and he tells my wife he will not be giving her a bid then

Very very unprofessional. On Sunday I called the business number listed on Yelp for Myer's Painting and left a message regarding a quote. The next day I called again to follow up and was told that he would not be providing me a quote and then he hung up on me. It turns out the number listed on Yelp must be his cell phone and he was offended that I had called him on Mother's Day. A good way to avoid that problem in the future would be to invest in an actual business phone line for business messages.
