They are the best carpet cleaners. They were on time and efficient. They use ionized water so there is no soap residue left in the carpet. They also clean hard services, vents, furniture, etc. They did a great job and we will use them again.

Had a room and hallway cleaned. A very high foot traffic area that was very dirty! I’ve used them before on very good carpets and tile as maintenance in my AZ homes. I was happy to see them operating in Idaho. I had my doubts they could improve the area much. They vastly improved the carpet! The high traffic area looks so much better!!! You can’t see the variance with the non-traffic area. Very happy with the results!

I was quoted $350 max over the phone with the Valpac coupon. The technician came out and said it is actually $3,000! I feel like we were scammed, which left us in a bind since we are trying to sell our house. Ridiculous! There are so many other quality carpet cleaners around here that I would 100% recommend over this company.

This was our first time using Zerorez. It was definitely a 5 star experience. Love their no soap technology. Our carpets looks like new and smells amazing. Arnel was terrific in the professional way he did the cleaning and how careful he was through out the the cleaning. This will be our go to carpet cleaning company from now on. Highly recommend them.
