I have used Prairie Sons on several occasions for plumbing, heating and A/C. I have always received excellent service starting with scheduling the appointment. Their office staff and techs are always professional and do good work. The latest incident was with my A/C unit. Kyle was able to help me fix my issue with a phone call. I appreciate their level of professionalism and cutomer service.

We requested the $77 annual maintenance. The tech that came out told me to go buy a part on Amazon and install it myself. He reinstalled the part incorrectly and had to come back later that day. While he was cleaning the inside he knicked the coil so the freon leaked out. Another tech came back 2x to look at this issue. They told me we needed a new A/C unit and charged us over $400 for them to look at a mistake they made. They took no ownership over the fact they made a mistake. Before they did "General maintenance" we had a perfectly running A/C unit. I strongly recommend that you DO NOT use this
