The Floor Meisters is a locally owned and operated flooring company in Naples, Florida. Three generations of the Meister family are working together at any given time, from the oldest who are serving customers or building relationships with our distributors, to the youngest who are learning the ropes of entrepreneurship while helping Mom and Dad.
After decades of owning a flooring company in the Midwest, Dave's retirement was short-lived before starting The Floor Meisters in Naples, FL. Judy (aka "The Boss") is our in-house design expert and consultant, helping our customers select the perfect flooring. TJ runs the operations of the business, and occasionally can be found on the putting green inside our showroom.

We received such good service from Floor Meisters. They helped us find appropriate carpeting that could be cut into the three, very large area rugs that we needed. The turn-around time was very good, and the results are beautiful. Will called us to apologize for a couple of days delay and he and Luke delivered our rugs personally. The service was amazing. We would recommend them to anyone.

WOW! We were extremely impressed with Floor Meister's customer service, professionalism, attention to detail, and overall flooring experience! My only regret is that we didn't contact Floor Meister sooner! We had a terrible experience a few years ago with redoing the flooring in our kitchen and dinette through Home Depot, so we have been wanting to get our floors redone for a while now. I feel I need to share my experience about a salesperson. My wife and I were looking for flooring for steps. The salesperson told us where to look at rugs suited for stairs. He also We received a quote after they measuring $3,350. When I questioned a different salesperson why so much he said we chose the most expensive carpeting. We told him the salesperson waited on us he told us the only carpet for was here and there and followed us around. The salesperson Saturday told us almost any carpet goes on stairs. I was very upset when I left feeling the salesperson was ripping me off.

We shopped around for vinyl flooring in the bedrooms and decided on Floor Meisers. We wanted an American Made Product and decided on a gray white washed look. We love the floors and couldn't be happier with the service. We decided on a quarter inch round trim be installed which they dropped off a few days before the instillation. This gave us time to paint it to match the molding. The two gentlemen who installed the floors were great; efficient and extremely neat! Thanks you, Rickey for your help!

Had them measure my home for Cor-Tec flooring downstairs and carpeting upstairs. Went in 2 weeks later and selected both floor designs and was told by the owner they could not find my measurements but would have my salesman call me. He never called so I emailed them and called again and heard nothing! I ended up installing Cor-Tec myself (which was easy and saved me 2 grand ) and will have Home Depot handle the carpet. This company seems to have more work than they can handle and I will have Home Depot handle my carpet in our home we are moving out of. Thanks for wasting my time ....."

I can't say enough about the folks at Floor Meisters. These people are all about customer satisfaction and they are a pleasure to do business with. I worked with Judy who was terrific! They have a wonderful selection of carpets and their prices are fair. We chose new carpeting for our staircase and the installation was not easy. Our staircase winds around and this difficult shape required a lot of time and effort in order to make the finished product look exactly right. The store sent someone to do a template which meant our old carpet had to be removed. Our installation was a few days later

If I could put a zero for install I would. 5stars for how nice the owners are but zero for the way these floors were installed. It's a shame they were installed so unprofessionally like come on, if you are paying for any kind of labor, it should be done right. this is not how a floor should meet the wall and or base boards
