This review is purely about the passive aggressive tone the support had in an email conversation. I emailed to check on the status of my order. In checking out, you see that it will take 2-4 business days to ship. There is no information readily there to inform you that it will take 6-9 business days prior to shipment to fulfill the order, but apparently it’s in their “FAQ page” and was on my order confirmation email (which I admit I didn’t notice). This piece of info would be helpful in the order placement but I doubt the “support” will take a suggestion. Maybe it’s just me.

We had JH Paint paint our home and make any necessary repairs which they did in Jan/Feb 2020. However, a couple of months after completion, I noticed that the tops our dormers above the garage were obviously still rotten and were just painted over. I contacted JH and John came out and looked at the dormers and said he would repair and repaint in May 2020. I have since called and have been told at least 6 times and been promised they are coming "next week" to do the work. Now they no longer return my calls.

The work performed by this company was shoddy. They left paint splatter on my fireplace granite flooring area. Paint splatter and some sort of dust was all over. We had items missing and broken. They did compensate for the broken items. Missing items discovered later. This contractor finished two days later than promised which delayed our weekend plans. They also left areas unpainted. The work of this contractor is not good. Also, they want to be paid in the owner's name and not the company's name so I included both names. They probably had some lawsuits or legal issues. Do not use.

We just finished working with JH Paint Company to paint the exterior of our house. They were excellent! John and his team take pride in their work. They were clearly invested in making sure all of the details of the house came out well. John is very professional and helped us think through the selection of paints and all the other decisions. All of his suggestions were spot on, and I'm glad we took his advice on colors, paint vs. stain, etc. The team worked quickly, starting on time, working thoroughly and meticulously, and finishing up without any delays. I recommend them highly.

JH Paint company did a fantastic job! Their work is A+ quality. The guys including the owner John are very professional and work hard to get the job done in a timely fashion while paying attention to detail.The owner is also present during the job to ensure that things run smoothly and answer customer questions. I highly recommend JH paint, you won't be disappointed!
