The Owners, John and Terry Booth were born in England, where they began their construction experience. Terry is a Journeyman Finish Carpenter who graduated from The Browning Street Builder's College in Yorkshire, England with a bachelor's degree. Newland Construction, Inc. specializes in General Contracting, from Small Additions to New Home Building.
Newland Construction has been in business since 1982. We are a Full-Service Design-Build Contractor specializing in First and Second Story Room Additions and Home Remodeling. We can provide 3D Designed Blueprint Drawings, plus structural engineering and Title 24 calculations. We can also use your drawings to quote your project and work with the city to obtain permits.
