I would 100% recommend this company! I wanted a new toilet installed. I called Frank Polk and he was very professional. Frank came on time and did an excellent job installing the new toilet. He did it very quickly! The prices are fair and Frank educated me on plumbing issues. Overall great communication and customer service.

Used their service to replace my old electrical water heater with Hybrid water heater, they did not finish their job of connecting the electrical cables to new water heater as cables were short, they left saying that an electrician has to do the job, which they did not give an estimate before starting the job.
They did not use CPVC pipes, did not put the water heater on existing stand, and they were asking for more to add extra CPCV pipes that are required for my new water heater.
Basically i can tell they were very unprofessional, but they charge as other professionals do. DON'T HIRE THEM.

Called this company to repair clogged commodes in our office. They destroyed the wall and left a huge mess (toilet mess, need I say more?) everywhere. When confronted about the damage and asked to address it, they stated, "That's impossible! You don't know what the hell you're talking about!" We were asked to email images of the damage and were provided a bogus email address. After calling the office to further inquire who to speak with, I was hung up on by the "manager" who was apparently the plumber's wife. After repeated attempts to reach this company
