Dream painting came recommended by a client of mine 6 years ago, and I have used them several times ever since, and have recommended them to my friends as well. That by itself should tell you that I was happy with their work. My two Main residences located in Ladera Ranch , and Corona were painted on interior and exterior . I used them for my rentals in Irvine, Aliso viejo as well.
First of all, PAUL is great . He is a very nice man and never upsales anything. Even if he recommends an area to be painted , he never pushes you to get it done. His estimates are fair and he puts it in writing

Absolutely fantastic! Trustworthy, honest and meticulous painters. We have a big house, and most contractors Jack up the price as soon as they see it. But Paul, a super nice guy, gave me an extremely fair and reasonable price (the lowest bid by a lot), and they went above and beyond. Our wooden trim was pretty bad, and they scraped and caulked a ton. They took no shortcuts. Roberto, the on-site supervisor and painter, is KEY. He has a lot of integrity. Ask for Roberto as your job supervisor-- he's the difference and the BEST.

This was a great deal, until it came to the day the project started. The salesman who made it appear as though he had staff painters did not and all his painters were freelancing sub-contractors. The first day the project manager supposedly broke down on his way to the job site. Oddly all the painters apparently all rode in the same vehicle which ok I bought the explanation.
Day 2. The new crew was woefully misinformed or not informed of the details of the job. My quote had patch, PRIME, and two coats of paint. They did not prime told me it was not needed. I also removed 1/3 of the painting job

Dream painting never disappoints! They've worked on about five properties for me and have done excellent work every time. This time my new home was painted on the interior and it looks fantastic thanks to the work of Jorge and his crew they did it just as I asked. I told him that I wanted to do the outside of the house to! Great work great communication.

So this project started started on a good foot. The painters were in time, friendly and answered any question I had. While one was prepping the other guy left to get the paint (which is where I was warned this is when they add water to the paint).
At the same time they were finishing up, I had another estimate for some pavers and concrete I was over seeing. They finish about 6:30 which is already dark outside so I could see all the touch ups needed. They painted Friday and I paid Monday BUTTTT on Tuesday when the paint fully dried all HELL. I can clearly see where one coat of paint was applied

We wanted to have the exterior portions of our home painted, fascia, garage doors, pop-outs, etc. We found the perfect company... The gentleman who came out to measure named Paul Yun was very professional, courteous, respectful, and extremely informative. We hired them to do the job and glad we did. The crew, John Yoon and Jesus were very special people... They were professional, very courteous, and kept us informed every step of the way. They worked very hard in extreme heat. The made absolutely sure we were satisfied with their work and both were extremely helpful and thoughtful... WELL DONE

I had used Dream Painting several times in the past with great results so when it came time to paint my new home of course I went online to try and track them down. I was confused when I saw so many negative reviews as I had no issues what so ever in the past, in fact I recommended them to several neighbors. Well it didn't take long before I was experiencing all the dysfunction Dream Painting had to offer. The receptionist who attempts to schedule (there is a definite language barrier) and is still learning how email works. The painter said he painted all baseboards but they looked terrible

We originally used Dream Painting around 2013 for an exterior painting project in Monrovia. We were so pleased that when we needed our interior of our new home painted, they were the first company we thought of. We booked months in advance and agreed to be out of the house and stay at a hotel with our cats to allow them to work. The company called right before the start and tried to delay the project even though we had booked our hotel room. When we came by, the workers were blasting music and the supervisor was no where to be seen. We had been quoted 7-9 days of work and after a late start on

I had used Dream Painted Three time in 15 years. The first time it was interior for a two story 3412 sq ft house with custom painting, did a fabulous job. A few years later had them do same house again to fresh up to sell it, missed a couple small things. Two years ago I had them come in and paint a one story 3385 sq ft custom paint bad job.
There was over spray on plantation shutter and top of fan blades.
Double doors going into office spray with primered, but not painted. Mind you no furniture in house to have to move or work around. Painted wrong colors in two of the bedrooms, they got swatches

Being a professional in the industry and owning a construction company. These guys did nothing, in doing the very minor wall prep (light sanding in select areas, minor filling with light weight spackle, primer) which was all discussed and priced in costs. Also didn't paint certain areas and painted other areas that wasn't requested to be painted.
In my opinion no Communication between upper management and the actual workers (my assumption).
The finish paint came out very thin, assume one coat only ( used high quality paint) , and left really bad roller marks on ceiling. My 8 year old

One star is all what I can do. Everything went smoothly at the beginning, referred by a real estate agent (never used their service just got the brochures when they stopped by),scheduled on-site free estimate with the owner(David) and they came on time, gave them some pictures to help them understand my thoughts on the remodeling, measured the house(I was looking for a general contractor for whole house remodeling, including painting and molding/casing for sure), went to the showroom for further discussion after a long driving (waited outside for over 30min later than the appointment but I was

I owed these guys a review from over a year ago, for the delay I apologize. I had gotten a quote from 3 different companies all highly recommended on Yelp. These guys came out on time, gave me an excellent quote, got to work right away. The team was professional, kind and did a great job!!! They went above and beyond. Also!!!! I ended up getting my laminate flooring and carpeting from them also. I didn't even know they did this but was already moving forward with another company and they asked me to give them a chance to quote. I did and ended up getting 4 rooms of laminate and the rest
