I recently had an install done by Pat's team and the work was not done well at all. He offered to follow up and go in and make it better after I offered to pay for the labor and ask for the carpeting to be removed. To his credit, he went back and made it better, however it was still unsatisfactory. I reached out to a couple of other carpet companies and learned that I could have had better carpet and a better install job for $50 less. Pat is a very professional and nice guy who has been in the business for a while, however my experience was very unsatisfactory. No one wants to pay more and get
