A1 was easy to work with and the quality of work for the price is great. I had them remove carpet, hardwood, tiling, and then install LVP throughout most of my house. They completed about 900 sq feet in 2 days. Would recommend for anyone who wants affordable good quality work.

A1 flooring removed existing carpet/hardwood/tile and installed new LVP in about 900 sq feet of my house. They were able to schedule the installation 2 weeks after having a salesman come to our house and show us our options while creating a quote. The quality of work is great for the price. Installation took 2 days, and the installers were easy to work with/around. Would recommend them to those looking for great prices and quality.

I am in the middle of my second time working with A-1 flooring. The first time was a carpet install. I chose a pattern for the stairs so that required an expert installer and A-1 provided one. Rich was the gentleman who helped me pick out my carpet and I have been very happy with my choice.
This time we have bought a house and are installing Luxury Vinyl. The first time I was in the showroom Robert was there and he helped me choose some samples, told me about Luxury Vinyl and came to the house with Ian to look at another project I needed done

Their motto is to exceed expectations from consultation to installation and they certainly did!! Our consultant, Kate was such an amazing help - she was exceptionally patient with us as we were deciding what we wanted to do with the floor, and super responsive whenever we had questions even after the consult. And the installers got our old carpet and hardwood out and new flooring installed so quickly and efficiently. And vacuumed the carpets when they finished. The floors will need a quick mop, which is to be expected, but we are IN LOVE with our new space!

A1 Floors was referred to me by my coworkers when I was looking to redo my floors and A1 Floors came highly recommended. I now see why, John was our sales person and he made time for us to get an estimate over the weekend and it turns out that we worked with John in the past through another company that provide great flooring service. We recently had A1 Floors come to our home to level out flooring between several rooms and install white oak hardwood floors in our kitchen, half bath, living room, dining room, and hallway. The team did an incredible job! Kate was super helpful when she came by our home for the initial estimate and review of what we needed done in our home. We purchased our our hardwood floor and they were more than willing to install it, which we loved (we were shocked by the number of companies unwilling to install consumer purchased material, especially in a time when it is difficult to get hardwood flooring

From my initial call to Kevin, to the field measurement by Kate and to the installation I found A1 exceeded all expectations. Everyone was professional, courteous and honest. Great job by A1 Floors! We were on a tight timeline, and John came out on a Saturday to measure and give us a quote, Monday we signed the contract and the floors were installed Thursday. The guys that took out the carpet and installed the floors worked the entire time and did a great job! Will be calling A1 when we are ready to do flooring in the rest of the house. Thank you!

Beware! The reason this company gets two stars is because they finally finished the project and corrected the mistakes and mishaps. Overall, as it currently stands, I do NOT and can NOT recommend this company to anyone unless you want to spend hours and hours sending messages and making phone calls and making appointments to get issues fixed. A one or two day job turned into a job that lasted over 1 month.
The Good: The sales rep was amazing. Great customer service overall. Scheduling was easy and quick and I really like the color of the floors...that's it.

We are pleased with the work that was done on our stairs and all of our upstairs. The company listened to us and everyone was amazing from the sales rep to the manager! The crew that did our stairs with solid oak are true craftsmen! They look so amazing and we are happy with everyone at A1 Floors and highly recommend. A1 Floors installed hardwood floors in our downstairs bedroom. The whole process from start to finish was excellent! The initial sales visit went smoothly and Robyn was very helpful. The actual install day went fairly smooth. There was a mix up with the color of the molding but they took care of it the same day and were able to complete the job. The crew did a great job with cleaning up and wore a mask when in the house. I would definitely recommend A1 for any of your flooring needs!

We were very pleased with our experience with everyone at A1 floors from Robyn who helped us pick out the right type of flooring to fit our needs, to Kevin who was gracious with us when we mixed up our installation date and all the installation professionals who were efficient and courteous. We had our entire downstairs redone by A1 floors. They pulled out the carpet, tiles, old flooring, and laid down new vinyl for us. Their financing made everything easy. Edwin and his crew came out for the installation and very quick, efficient, and cleaned up all the debris when leaving. I would highly recommend A1 Floors and will use them for my future flooring needs as well!

Just got a new dining and living room floors from A1! It was a great experience from start to finish. Consultation was thorough with lots of samples. Tommy was very knowledgeable about all the products. The work was completed in about 6 hours and the results are gorgeous. The crew was diligent took great care with cleaning up and putting the furniture back in place. Everyone involved were Covid-19 conscious. Great experience all around. Dylan was responsive to my initial contact and came right out and worked up a quote to replace carpeted areas with hardwoods. Once I signed the contract, Kevin and their team of professional installers kept things moving right on schedule. They made my home look new again. Quality work from quality folks!
