I used them twice but will likely not use them again. They recommended Allstar services and repair to come camera our main line for free after Parleys cleared our mainline. After getting a second opinion on the results of the camera viewing we concluded that Allstar is not an honest company. They told us we needed to replace all our underground pipes $13k and that anything the backup water touched must be removed and that insurance would pay for most of it. All of the statements were false. They wanted to get started right away 2 days before Christmas. So glad we got a second opinion. Such a downer

Jim was asked to install a Moen shower/tub faucet fixture in our downstairs bath. He had to go through the wall to replace the old faucet. They also replaced the sink faucet. They then replaced our old water heater. They did an excellent job and we appreciated it so much. I would have them back anytime. Tell them thanks for us

My furnace was not going on and my house was chilly. I called PPM and they found an appointment time to accommodate my schedule. When the technician saw my furnace, he noted the switch was on off. When he turned it on, the furnace came on. He was very kind and gracious and did not charge me for the call. Five stars for being accommodating and generous.

Parley's helped me out in a pinch when I came home for the weekend and the kitchen sinks were backed up. Services like this are a bit costly, especially on a weekend, but competitors were booked out for days. Karston, the technician, came on a Saturday to snake the drain. He was professional, thorough, and cleaned up everything better than it looked before. Thanks for your great work.

We had a great experience working with Parley's PPM. We had a complicated air conditioner problem that was created by the original installers and the Parley's people worked diligently to figure it out. We worked with James, Roger, and Rob - all were incredibly knowledgeable, on time and very professional - absolutely top notch. Delaney in the office was also great to work with - always positive and professional, and kept us informed about appointments and billing. In the future, I wouldn't call anyone else but Parley's PPM.

I was extremely happy with their service. They got someone out within a relatively short time to give me a bid, and then they gave me the lowest bid among several other companies. They completed the work on the same day as the bid, did a great job on the repair. Their guy was very professional and courteous. These guys do a good job. One thing I really like about them is that they quickly fix issues with any of their work. I had them do the plumbing for a bathroom remodel and after they left one of the pipes had a minor leak. They came out the next day to fix it. I like that they stand by their work.
As with all businesses, the different techs have different skill sets. I think Ellery is the best plumbing tech. He goes out of his way to make things look neat and clean.

1. Called PPM to do a simple fridge line installation. The tech showed up and said he could only do a fridge line installation if I replaced the water shut off valve since the water pressure was too high they claimed and it would cost an extra $300. I said whatever go ahead and fix it and after he left I had a horrible buzzing noise in the house every time the water turned on, so the tech came back out and just turned the water pressure back up so the noise would go away. This defeated the purpose of even

Ellery, from Parley's, showed up on time - for both appointments - was extremely respectful of both me and my home, and did a fantastic job with both projects.
My new shower valve had been botched during install and left for dead. I didn't even know everything that was wrong with it. All I knew is that my brand new $1,200 shower valve didn't work. Ellery took one look at it and explained what was wrong

I am a realtor and my seller lives out of town. When I called to get an estimate on a repair that needed to be made, the receptionist took my information to have a professional call me and within ten minutes I was able to get a second opinion over the phone and scheduled an appointment for the next day to get an estimate.
Robert was very knowledgable and answered all of our questions about the water heater and the manabloc.

We have used PPM (now Parley's PPM) for years for our home plumbing and HVAC needs. They've fixed our furnace, our boiler, put in new plumbing on a bathroom remodel, installed an entire Mr.Slim heating & a/c system, and I'm sure a few other things I can't remember. They are professional, prompt, and best of all they fix it RIGHT. I've never had to call them back and have them re-do anything like I have with a lot of other home repair companies. I am remodeling areas of my house and ran into some trouble. I needed someone to come out quickly. I found PPM and they were able to help. They came out fast. They were friendly, educational, and quick to help. I had to replace lots of angle stops, a leak in my kitchen, and then lastly the garbage disposal. They suggested putting in heavy duty disposal which I was happy about (Badger 5 xp) and finally the bill came. $807!!! I found the same garbage disposal in other places and online for $100! I am very happy with their service but feel like I paid WAY to much!!! If only my husband had been home
