We offer in-house custom standing seam roof systems, flashing, chimney caps, flat seam, as well as a multitude of other custom applications. Our craftsmen specialize in building custom copper chimney caps and can build the perfect cap to fit your application. They installed my new roof using quality materials. They treated my property as it was their own. Communication was top notch as I was always kept informed as my work was being scheduled. They had materials delivered when they promised and started the work as soon as the weather permitted. No debris or trash was left nor was it allowed to blow around the property. I got a 10 year workmanship warranty from Langham. I work in construction and watched as my roof was being installed. Langham & Sons did a beautiful job on the roof of my mid-19th century historic home. Forest and his team brought a fantastic attention to detail and a super professional team. They worked incredibly quickly and their clean up was beyond my wildest dreams (not a nail or shingle scrap anywhere!) They use top quality materials and I have gotten dozens of compliments on the job they did. When looking for a roofer I got a number of bids - Langham & Sons was right in the middle - but the work was top quality. I highly recommend them - and have, in fact, to several of my friends and neighbors who are

Andy and his crew exceeded my expectations at every level! They replaced my awful cedar shake roof with DaVinci composite shingles, in a townhome community (which has it's own unique challenges). It looks BEAUTIFUL! I felt completely confident in Andy - he knows roofing, has a professional crew and high standards. I'm so grateful to have found Langham & Sons!
