Since 1981 we have instilled in all of our artisans, craftsmen, mechanical contractors, and workers the philosophy that we are building homes that we want our grandchildren to be proud of. Having attempted to distill that thinking into a clear statement of mission, we have found once again that John Ruskin, the man acknowledged with founding the Arts & Crafts movement, has more succinctly guided us with his words.

By the time Bill Mischler pulled the first residential building permit to be issued in Palmetto Bluff, Genesis Construction had been building trust and relationships, as well as homes, since 1981. Genesis was known as an artistic, creative builder who thoroughly understood the desires of clients, and worked harmoniously with architects.
Our mission at Genesis Construction is to engage the community in our practice of creative home building, constructing highly crafted custom homes and unique commercial buildings. We know that building a home begins with the highest emphasis in customer service and satisfaction, so that is why we start with an initial meeting to learn about our future clients dream home.
For all of our team, crafting environmentally friendly homes has not been a politically correct marketing effort, but a firm and long held belief in constructing safe and healthy homes for the many families who have kindly entrusted us to build the Genesis way. We are extremely proud of the fact that all of our field and office team have taken the time to become certified by EarthCraft House, making Genesis a 100% GREEN committed organization.

Since 1981 the Genesis Construction family has based their business on a team approach to crafting homes that display the unique personality of their clients.
