Unfortunately, I got nowhere trying to help my poor mom and dad. I feel they got scammed and taken advantage of the whole time. This is absolutely terrible to be elderly! I pray this happens to no one else. Unprofessional WORK!

Champion Garage Door Service was FANTASTIC! My initial call for service was answered by Arial, who was very kind and professional. After taking my information and request for service, she assured me that a technician would contact me to schedule a time to come out. Within minutes the technician, Shai, called and came out within an hour. He assessed the problem and gave us options. Since it was nearly close of business, Shai came back the next day and fixed everything better than before. He was prompt, professional and had great customer service. I highly recommend Champion. Their team is GREAT

I did have a problem with my garage door it would slam down lot quicker and times would not open . Talking to a friend about it he referred me to Champion Garage Door Service. In Houston I called right away got a response . I Told the young lady the problem I was having with my door right away she had an idea what it was . She made an appointment for me when she will be able to come and service my garage door . I was pleasantly surprised the appointment was on time , the service was done efficiently .my door has been working properly since then . I definitely will recommend . Champion Garage Door

He did a great job installing my new garage door opener! We picked one out that would work best for my door that would be quiet since the garage is right by my bedroom and still fairly priced. It was a great value and definitely did not feel ripped off. I will call them back for anything else I need!
