We ended up contracting all of our major exterior repairs with DC’s Contracting after multiple bids with other companies for each job. David offered a bid on each job in its entirety on one bid sheet, communicated clearly and completely through email on everything with pricing, including providing proof of license and insurance without question and pulling a permit when necessary.
Pricing was extremely competitive, he listened and executed our vision and offered workarounds on details we encountered while working on our old home.
The convenience to work with one company for everything was huge

We needed to repair damage from a squirrel infestation that was complicated by our concrete tile roof. These guys did a great job repairing the damage and were very knowledgeable on working with the tile roof. They also found another squirrel entry point I didn't know about that fixed that one too before it turned into bigger damage! They are dependable, skilled and reasonable. We'll definitely use them again.
