Licensed in Fort Collins since 1984, we have now built 40 custom homes, a dozen 2nd story additions, over 40 room additions and garages and have remodeled basements, bathrooms and kitchens too numerous to count.Tom, with an engineering background and 40 years of construction experience, draws the plans, works out any structural problems encountered and supervises subcontractors.
Mike, with more than 15 years of construction experience, acts as a working superintendent and has led all carpentry projects since 2008. As we do much of the work "in house" we subcontract out relatively little of the project. Our electricians, plumbers, roofers and painters have worked well with us for an average of 14 years.

Tom provided us with a detailed home inspection prior to the sale and subsequently provided extremely valuable advice as we planned and carried out the remodel. He has provided extensive assistance, sometimes doing the work himself and with his crew (the second generation of the family business), and sometimes guiding us and enabling us to complete portions ourselves. Tom and family are intelligent, competent, and thorough, and I highly recommend!
