Farmington Heating & Metal Company performs installation of all types of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment. Our services include work on residential systems. New construction including ductwork, and equipment. On the residential side we also perform replacement of furnaces, air conditioning systems, evaporative coolers, and duct work repairs.
Farmington Heating & Metal Company performs work with traditional plan and spec projects. We have extensive experience on large commercial projects and would be happy to take your design documents and put together a price for you. Our in house estimating team can take your design documents and give you a price to perform work as detailed in the plans.

Read the entire recommendation! I start it with another company that I don’t recommend! I contacted Robbins to see if they could fix my wall furnace.
The Robbins guy came… barely looked at anything, definitely didn’t try to fix anything, said you need an entirely new one, and claimed mine was to old to fix. (It’s definitely old- so he wasn’t wrong there!). He then estimated a new one for me around $4,000 and left. Turns out he lied! I didn’t feel like he did his job, so I got a second opinion.
THANKFULLY I DID!!!!

I don’t know what these peoples problems are leaving reviews but I had a great experience. I had Jason come out three different times for three different estimates and he was very good to us. I also had four other local companies give the same bids one time all of them being incredibly higher. My furnace is great it looks good it wasn’t an easy furnace to install and needed an entire relocation of air intake. It works great and couldn’t be happier. I will use this company for all of my hvac needs in the future.

I was quoted a requested “ballpark” price for a wall heater of “around $1700.00. When they e-mailed me the quote it was $2700.00 (supposedly because of the aluminum tariffs by Trump). I accepted and waited two weeks for the converter to come in. I was told they had the heater and all the parts. They showed up two hours late with no phone call on installation day, had to leave twice to get parts. The estimator didn’t measure for the piping or even tell the workers I was on propane! They didn’t finish, had to come out the following week. After they completed the job, left with my check

Do not use these people! I can not stress it enough. They over charge. Double in fact. They put in a system that had code violations and could not even be plugged in and took months to do it. The system design was not even what we agreed on. We could not get anyone to call us back. We ended up cutting out the system. They are still trying to bill us the full amount and they try to write the contact loose enough that they can do what ever they want. Danell
