Floormax did a BEAUTIFUL job on my floors! I am beyond thrilled with the quality of the materials and the special care that Was taken to ensure the job was done right. I am already talking to them about doing more projects in my house... it is so nice to finally find someone who can do everything and not leave me stressed out or do shoddy work.

I bought flooring from these folks and installed myself, I came in with my square footage calc and was told to get 10% more because it is a standard thing to do. Had 4 boxes of unopened flooring left over, they charged me 30% restocking fees per box. There was no mention of the restocking fees at all when I purchased. I even asked and was told if I had 4 or more boxes leftover I would get a refund. I just think when a place resorts to tricks and games to get money out of you, they don't deserve return business or new business for that matter. I hate giving bad reviews but in this case I don't want

Extremely disappointed with the poor customer service by office personnel. Company came out to measure and provided a quote with limited information. Asked for more specific pricing as taxes were not included in the quote. Measurer advised office personnel to deduct fire place area and existing tiles from quote but this was instead added in error. When contacting office to rectify the error, was met with a hostile response. Office appeared highly disorganized and could not find information associated with quote. Property address was not recorded with quote information in hand written notebook.
