The service man that showed up at my door clearly did not want to do his job that day. Since I was using a Groupon he wanted to make sure I knew all of the up charges he was going to charge to do my house including a charge for using his own ladder and the charge for every time ($5) he has to move it with a minimum charge of $15... then there was the bit about if he doesn't do the top windows he won't do the bottom because they only do a whole wall or none of the wall. Before all the extra charges for the ladder were added it was going to be $360 to do my 2400 square foot 2 story house

I purchased a Groupon to try this window cleaning company since we all are at home enjoying our homes and the windows needed a refresher! They did not disappoint although the Groupon did not cover all the windows it was a good service and friendly as well! My windows are clean and shiny and ready for the summer!

This is the 2nd time I've used Clearco Windows. The first time was this past spring in which I purchased a Groupon. I expected an additional cost as the Groupon clearly specifies what is covered, and I was happy paying the extra money and just as happy with the overall cost and service. When you consider older homes, screens, panels, stories to climb on ladders, these guys are SUPER reasonable! I did not use a Groupon this time, and I still feel the overall cost was still super reasonable and affordable. Todd was just as friendly and professional as I remembered and the service was nothing

Purchased a Groupon and then when I balked at some of their pricing, the cleaner explained why. I said to go ahead to clean the windows and I would pay the extra money. He went out to "call the owner", came back in and literally told me that I should go buy a Groupon from another glass cleaning company because there were better deals available right now. Two things: that is a complete untruth - there are not other deals on Groupon and you cannot call Groupon because they don't take phone calls. I am appalled at the way the whole thing was handled when I agreed to pay the additional

I was able to schedule a window cleaning within the next couple of days. The technician called ans said he was ahead of schedule and politely asked if we were available earlier. He came right away and did an amazing and professional job. The windows are sparkling clean inside and out and he removed and washed the screens as well. I am very please with the service and the price and plan to use them again.
