We experienced a slow leak in the wall of our closet for 20 days or so...and Claude Browns' team showed up to repair the damage to our bedroom carpet, wall and under the house were water had soaked through to the insulation in the crawl space. We can't say enough to express our gratitude for their attention to our concerns, their skill and experience in tackling the problem, and specifically their polite, gracious, and empathetic manner. Each person who responded was professional and a pleasure to deal with. We worked with several members of the restoration and carpet cleaning crews

We purchased commercial carpet for our office from Claude Browns. Their installer left large gaps between the seams. We notified them immediately and have continue notifying them of the problem. We have lots of glue on the carpet with several patches and it still continues to unravel. This is the worst installation job I have seen. I am very disappointed Claude Browns does not want to resolve the problem. I would not recommend getting carpet from them.

I am very disappointed with the staff at Claude Browns. They had no issues working with me when it came time to purchase carpet and take my money, but now that there are problems I can't get anyone to help. I purchased carpet from Claude Browns and within one year of us walking on the carpet it is completely crushed. I have been calling for almost a year to get answers and try to get it replaced but just get the runaround. When I was finally able to get a hold of the sales person he told me to get the carpet cleaned (and of course he said to use Claude Browns carpet cleaning service) to see
