In order to keep your heating equipment running safely and at peak efficiency, yearly maintenance is required. Annual tune-up and vacuum cleaning with the addition of a significant list of covered parts supplied at no additional charge. Labor on covered repairs is at no cost and there is no overtime charge.
I am writing to express how pleased I am with my recent Biasi boiler and Riello burner installation. My initial meeting with Randy set the tone as he made many recommendations for a more improved and efficient system of heating and piping. Following this, Bob and Mike installed a new water heater, disassembled the old Blue Ray, rerouted new pipes, re-wired the unit, and presented the final product which in the end look like a work of art.

In 2017, automatic monthly oil service was initiated. Not enough oil was used to equal the monthly payment so a large credit balance was amassed. A boiler tube up was performed and paid for with a credit card. When the home was sold, they also deducted the cost for the boiler tune up from the credit balance in essence charging twice for it. A message was sent through their web site requesting a full accounting of all financial activity, no response. A Better Business Bureau inquiry was submitted and they sent *two* letters, no response. A Pennsylvania Attorney General inquiry was submitted

I used this company for heating oil delivery and i never would again. Everything they said was purposefully misleading and even when i spoke with the owner himself everything he “said” changed week to week and conversation to conversation to suit himself. He’s a gaslighting extraordinaire. Here’s what happened. I signed up for a seasonal contract from October to April for what i thought was 1.69 a gallon. No. That’s not actually true, it’s just 1.69 for the first fill up which they do immediately in October knowing full and we’ll you haven’t used the oil all summer so the tank is

They deliver our oil and charge a reasonable price - not the lowest, but not the highest. They also service our HVAC and hot water heater. Our oil fired hot water heater recently failed after 14 years, on a Saturday (of course), but they came to the house within a couple of hours to diagnose the problem and had a brand new unit installed by Monday. All the techs they've sent to our home have been first rate.

Update on 6/8/2020 . I talked with the owner last week about the billing snafu. Informed him that I would be switching providers. Today, they sent someone to our house for a Central A/C tune up. We don't have Central A/C, just window units. We told the gentleman that he has the wrong house. Then, I received a phone call from Kathy in their office about the Central A/C tune up. I told her that no one called about a tune up because we don't have Central A/C. I don't know what's happening in their office with all of these problems ... (???)

I've used Galbraith since I move in in 2007. I've had a happy experience with them and now that I'm out of state and leasing the house to a tenant, they've been really helpful working with me remotely. My understanding of the service contract was that it covered the annual maintenance at a discount. I did not expect it to "cover everything" like a home warranty or insurance. Great guys--on time, professional and friendly.

I've been dealing with Galbraith for almost 10 years now. They deliver our oil. They keep both our oil furnace and oil based water heater running. I've also had them replace our hot water tank and out to repair our heater when it went down. I've never had an issue with them. Whenever I have a question someone calls me back right away. Their prices are fair. Their technicians are friendly and happy to address any concerns. I will continue to use and recommend them.

The only reason I am giving them two stars is their service techs are awesome. Other than that STAY AWAY! My wife and I recently bought our first "oil heat" house. I called around and found Galbraith to have reasonable prices. The sales rep who came out was nice and went over a ton with me. When talking about the service contract I commented, " knowing that it covers everything should something go wrong", and he nodded and agreed with me. Fast forward 2 years and the control box that turns the furnace on and off breaks. They fixed it (took 48 hours but I'm not upset) and a week later I got the

DO NOT USE! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DEPLORABLE! Our neighbors utilized this oil company and the service was horrific! Three times the oil truck showed up and three times it left because the truck driver REFUSED to walk up the driveway despite it being shoveled and salted. Our neighbors were not home for the week. The house currently does not have oil and is below 40 degrees. The truck driver was extremely rude. This company is not reliable what-so ever. Stay Away!!! The people who come to your home are really nice. The companies business acumen and overall customer service is HORRIBLE. While under their "service contract" the control box for the furnace died. I got a $50 discount on a $620 bill because, "we don't cover anything that touches water". We have a closed radiator system and the furnace also heats the house's hot water. I'm still trying to figure out what part of it doesn't touch water, other than the oil tank itself. This company is absolutely the best by far. I had searched all the oil companies in my area and then I came across Galbraith. I spoke to a gentleman named Rich my very first time and he took the time to explain everything I needed to know. Rich got me our very first conversation. His costumer service skills are amazing. He was so sweet, honest and genuine. It's because of him that made my decision to deal with this company.
