After determining an addition was out of the client's budget, P J Construction looked for alternatives to meet their needs on this beautiful parcel of property. A thorough investigation determined the lower level walkout space was not being utilized to its full potential.

With the addition of simple details and an unique entry porch this average turn or the century home was transformed into a phenomenal residence. Located in an eclectic subdivision in downtown Ann Arbor, this home had been added to many times and with each addition details which made it unique were either changed or lost.
