I cannot say enough good things about the owner Igor, he was not only responsive, timely, professional and clean but all around a good guy. There was never a question I had for him that he didn’t have an answer for. I will only use optimal heating and cooling for anything I need done in the future. No other HVAC company compares to the quality of service that Igor provides!

I fully recommend Igor and his team. Here we are, 2 years later, still enjoying our central air and brand new heater. When the inspector came to critique the work, he said it was one of the nicest jobs he'd ever seen, and had nothing to say, which was incredibly rare. We are very happy with the service we received and the products and how they were installed.

Igor is very fair and will work with you to ensure you're getting exactly what you need/want. He provided several options, and did not pressure me into spending more than I needed. I was able to get furnace, AC and all new ductwork installed within my budget.
Very professional crew he has working with him, they were as clean and tidy as possible and completed the work in 2 days.
I was even able to text him questions a few weeks after installation and he answered right away.
I would recommend Optimal Heating and cooling to all my friends and family.

Fast Efficient & Knowledgeable. There's a reason these guys are in such high demand. They just know what they are doing. Most recently I had them install a gas fireplace and the work was completed in a matter of hours. Also a while back they put in a new high-efficiency gas furnace and heat-pump for me and it all works beautifully. If ever I need help with HVAC, this is the company I call. Yes, they might not be able to turn around to do your job immediately due to being extremely busy all of the time, but if given the chance, they will always outperform the competition in price and quality!

We found Optimal Heating & Cooling (and Igor) through the Thumbtack app. Igor and his team were professional and capable at every step in the process. When Igor came (from Gresham to Beaverton) to give us a free estimate on a new furnace and AC, he spotted something wrong with our furnace and fixed it for us because he said he wouldn't be able to sleep that night knowing that the problem was a safety risk for our family. He answered every question we had with patience and understanding. His quote matched the other lowest price quote we received, but I feel our experience with Igor and his team
