Called for appointment to get an estimate on plumbing work in my new place and to see about getting tankless hot water per my electrician which said they are the best and not real expensive...Barbara who answered the phone kept asking me what I wanted done exactly and as I kept explaining that is why I needed an estimate because I don't know of anything about plumbing and that I needed help in determining what size of the tankless hot water I needed because I was just going to buy it and have someone install it but I was advised to call them and have them do it so it had a warranty... So she talked

After trying to take the hose off of the outdoor water spicket I discovered it was corroded on .After trying to lubricate it the hose was still not willing to budge after trying to get it off on my own I made the situation worse and ended up with a water leak. It was then that we called Ray's complete plumbing and I have to tell you I was very impressed. From the phone conversation to the arrival of the plumber John mongiello my leak and spicket were fixed in no time .Thank you Ray's complete plumbing a job well done.

Jhon from Rays Plumbing came to tell me where the leak was coming from gave me options and said if I bought the faucet he would come back in the same day to install it and that just what he did. He was on time and honest and very friendly. Johann got me in same day and that was a HUGE plus!! I appreciate your service and will recommend you to anyone and use your service in future if needed. John, at Ray's Complete Plumbing, came on time and replaced our hot water heater in an hour! He even offered to remove our old water heater when he left. He was beyond professional and did a wonderful job! Except for the new hot water heater, you would never have known he was even here. Thank you John for a job well done!
