I am very impressed with the whole process. From the first call/email/text to schedule, to the time the drain was unclogged, everyone was friendly, polite and prompt. Very organized and informative. I had a great experience from start to finish. Everyone from Thomas & Galbraith was responsive and kind. My 25+ year old furnace stopped working in the cold winter, and they were able to tell me about my options and fully replace it all within 2 days.
I appreciate that, even though they encountered unexpected electrical problems, they worked tirelessly for 10 hours straight to complete the installation in 1 day, and took the time to show me how everything works and answered all my questions at the end.

Called Thomas & Galbraith to help trouble shoot drainage problem. They scheduled quickly and arrived on time. The technician was knowledgeable, honest, and gave suggestions to fix the problem. He cancelled the drain tech as we came to the conclusion it wasn’t needed (saved me time and money) and scheduled for a camera crew for the next day keeping in mind our best available times. I appreciated the honest feedback and conservative approach to trouble shoot the problem and gave case scenarios of what to do on findings. I have used this company for years for our heating and cooling annual maintenance

Kevin and Brennan were fantastic. I had a different company come out first, but they were unable to complete the job. Lucky for me, too; they quoted me a price six times higher than what Thomas and Galbraith charged me. Kevin and Brennan encountered a couple of snags along the way and they kept at it until the problem was solved. For the service, the professionalism, the efficiency, and the price, I will never use a different plumbing company again. T&G has my business for life.

I had a new furnace and AC unit installed. On the day of installation, technicians could not finish the AC or get the thermostat to work properly. They stated that they would schedule a new day and give an upgrade on the thermostat for the trouble (12/17/21). After repeated times to get a hold of our project manager/salesperson, I sent an email to client care on 12/22/2021. This email also advised Thomas and Galbraith that the AC unit is not attached to our stand (two poles that sit off the ground), and with a gentle touch and it falls off. Don. Called and was here in 15 minutes. Bright and early. Had plenty of energy and knowledge. Found the problem very quickly and actually found a second issue that was causing the the issue I had called on.
He made a list of items needed for both repairs and went to the supply house and back in about 45 minutes. He removed the bad valve and installed new parts. He had all the nessacery tools and cleaned up his work area. Asked several times if I had questions then promptly issef the invoice and had us back in business by 10am.

The technician was on time, friendly and very knowledgeable. He was efficient and got my heat back on in no time. Reason for the 4 stars is the trip charge. No problem paying it, but if I decide to give the big bucks for the repair to the company who diagnosed the issue then I expect the trip charge be waived - like other companies do. I could have said thank you very much, pay the trip charge and source a cheaper option to fix it. But if I’m giving the job to Thomas & Galbraith, then they can at least waive that call out charge!

Most customer friendly, awesome and affordable service I’ve ever had. I love the way follow up and customer care is put first- seems like employees are treated with the same care and respect. Love the technician specialists background information and picture so you know exactly who is coming to your home, plus you get valuable insight into the persons personality and interests.
