Edited to add: After reading Sarah’s response, I myself am also disappointed. I’m not sure what business with me has made her learn a lesson as noted, but being cryptic like that is really unprofessional. If I didn’t want to pay the invoice I wouldn’t have, but apparently an email that I felt was safe and a place I could vent about her employees lack of cleanliness was an “obvious” sign of my unwillingness to pay her $600. And yet I paid it so… If nothing is guaranteed, then I suggest people be aware of that before enlisting her help. Apparently simply scraping the stickers off the

First off they wanted 60$ an hour for one cleaner. My cleaner was a half hour late. Her family was out side waiting in the car for her to be done. I felt like she took her time with the stove that nothing else got done in the hour.

When I first met Sarah, she spent time talking with me to get an understanding of me and what I wanted for my home. I knew from the minute she came into my home that I had just met a very special person. She has an impeccable work ethic, she's warm and friendly, flexible, and she has a unique gift of seeing what can be done. Once she sets to work all of her organizational skills kick in and she's extremely efficient. I love that Sarah uses only non toxic cleaning supplies, that she herself brings.
