Shayne and the entire team at SRC is amazing to work with. He helped me take a design from my mind and create it on paper, so we can plan accordingly and begin the build in early 2022! The team is very professional and responsive. I highly recommend using them!

I usually don’t write reviews, but I really appreciate when something is done well. As a professional inspector, I have performed stage inspections on homes that were built by superior renovations. I have also performed stage inspections on homes being remodeled by superior renovations. I’ve always been impressed with the quality of work and attention to details on their projects. They were also extremely knowledgeable about mold and mold remediation. I trusted them with my own house, and I would highly recommend them.

We went through months of pain with them and my hope is that no one else has to deal with this. We decided to avoid having a lien put on our home (their threat) or going to small claims court(lawyer, our insurance adjuster and a friend recently retired from the insurance industry all said we have a solid case). We had an attorney draw up a mutual release so we could avoid receiving any other fraudulent invoices from them and/or additional threats to put a lien on our house if we didnt pay them. At the end of it all, we paid them for the work we did ourselves tearing out post storm debris. We also

I was desperate with my family being without running water going on 5 days. I had at least 7 to 8 leaks inside my home due to the freeze. A neighbor told me about Superior Renovations and Construction and gave me their number. Shayne came to my home within a few hours after I called to evaluate the situation. He was by himself and stayed until he figured out a way to work around some of the leaks to give me and my family running water. We worked out a tentative schedule for his guys to come and start working on my home repairs and he was off to help someone else. Not all heroes wear capes!

The professional team at Superior Renovations does an outstanding job! Shayne, the owner, is extremely knowledgable and is a great guy. Earlier in the year we took on an outdoor kitchen and complete interior house painting projects. Sergio and his crews were awesome and did a fantastic job! Highly recommend SRC!

Superior Renovations and Construction was a life saver for us. We had an emergency request to help fix water damage in our rental property. With a late afternoon phone call to the owner, he had Ruben onsite after 5pm to help assess the situation. He and his team responded quickly with industrial sized fans and dehumidifiers to prevent issues with mold. Ruben was responsive to our questions/concerns throughout the project which included demo upstairs/downstairs, drying out the damaged areas, and construction. They completed the project within the estimated timeframe.

SRC Construction has been great to work with! I planned a project to update my old pergola and Patio deck when i downsized homes, still in Alden Bridge. Shayne and I discussed the project, and I had an estimate within a few days! His supervisor Ruben has been excellent to work with, thorough, easy to communicate with and rapid issue resolution. The crew cleans up debris and leaves the workzone clean each day. When I made a few changes for extra outlets and an upgraded roof material, Ruben made the changes easy. It is so enjoyable to work with SRC construction! This is my 3rd project with them over

I think that I found out about Superior Renovation and Construction through Woodlands Impact magazine. My house was flooded with Harvey and Superior Renovation and Construction did a great job coming in and doing all of our flooring, installing all the bottom cabinets and doing the drywall. They also did a good job with the budget and handling the insurance company. They even finished in a timely manner, and that meant that my family could get back home.

We found out about Superior Renovation & Construction through a referral from my real estate agent. They put in a kitchen in the apartment over the garage and we talked about doing some laundry-room remodeling. But, we ended up not doing it and that's part of the reason why I liked working with them so much. We backed out on half of the work we were going to do, but they still worked with us and did a great job. It was not a big job, but I still got great customer service. Plus, I liked everyone I worked with.

Our home flooded during Hurricane Harvey, Superior Renovation & Construction made the process of getting back in our home much easier. They were helpful with picking out the materials and dealt with the insurance company, we had to followup up with the insurance company but other than that they dealt with the paperwork side of it. They did the efficiently, we were back in our home 6 months after the flood. We are very happy with the finish product and if we remodel in the future we will be reaching out to them.

Super Renovations was our second contractor for our covered patio - we had to fire our first. They were absolutely wonderful. Fixed all of the issues from the first contractor, built us a beautiful patio, and completed the work in a timely and professional manner. We enjoyed working with Sergio (project manager) - he had some great design ideas we utilized. Not only that, but they realized they over billed us and are sending us a refund. Speaks well of their integrity. We plan on using them again in the future.
