Neeley Construction is a third-generation company serving Western Washington. Even as we've grown since our founding in the 1950s, we are true to our roots: we know that our reputation for integrity and professionalism must be re-earned with every project. We know the value of teamwork, the importance of a handshake, and how to stick to our word.
Over the years, the handshake has been replaced with written contracts and bidding documents, however the relationship with our client and the commitment that we make are met with serious attention. We know that our reputation and livelihood is made or lost on the ability to keeping the promise we make: an exceptional project.
Neeley Construction is managing GC/CM contracts for two projects-William Shore Memorial Pool and the Boys and Girls Club of the Olympic Peninsula - Port Angeles Unit. Our experience and involvement with GC/CM goes back to 2003, when Mitch Neeley was the Project Manager on a GC/CM contract while at Lydig, one of the pilot GC/CM projects for the state.
