Grass areas, shrubs, planting beds and existing ornamentals are maintained in accordance with our expansive landscape maintenance specifications.
Maintenance of the grounds conforms to our high standards, including litter and debris removal, to maintain the grounds in a clean and sanitary condition. Florida Exotic's employees wear clean uniform shirts so they are recognized as personnel of Florida Exotic while on site. Our employees conduct themselves in an efficient, well-mannered and workman-like manner at all times.
At the completion of the work each day, weather permitting, Florida Exotic removes from the premises all implements, surplus materials and tools. Florida Exotic has the proper equipment to ensure that no damage will be caused to the lawn areas.

Bad experience with Lori and Florida Exotic. Impossible to communicate with, specified plants that are kid/dog safe and then recommended ones that weren't, told us we could move/certain trees and then they couldn't so replaced them with 1 cheaper areca palm to 'recitfy', irrigation initially was done terribly, and gave us very cheap sod which we continue to have issues with. Only reason I give 2 stars instead of 1 is one of their workers (Francisco) was very nice and David in their irrigation group was very qualified and eventually helped us solve that issue. Words cannot express how grateful I am to Paul and this company! His crew was at my salon at 5 AM this morning to remove eight 30 foot Royal Palms which would take a normal crew an entire day to finish. I pulled up to my business at 7 AM and all of the trees were removed and it looked like they were never there. Every time that Florida Exotic has done any work for me it's been exceptional! If anybody needs landscape work done there is no better company in the country! Thank you again Paul I really appreciate your hard work and our 25 years of friendship!

We have tried, and I mean really tried, to have a good experience with this company. We have called, emailed, texted, you name it, to no avail. The sod they laid is diseased and the problem has not been corrected (large patches of dead sod), several plants (still under one year warranty) are dead and need to be replaced. We paid Florida Exotic many $10's of thousands for a complete overhaul....and much of it looks lovely; however, the follow-up on warranty items has been terrible and mars the entire project...and the lack of follow-up has us frustrated beyond patience.....our hope is someone who

RUN from these people.....They were contacted to do our commercial property...very friendly up front but as the project proceeded, very little help!!!! Multiple phone calls finally leaving harsh messages to get a call back...promises and more promises...eventually... partially getting the job done...NOW not quite two years and the irrigation well, they had subcontracted has collapsed....three phone calls today with NO CALL BACK....pursued calling, finally got someone on the phone.....no customer service, when asked why no one had returned my calls...HER reply...."we have been here all day".
