The complex i live at choose to hire out of state contractor to redo all the roofs with a tpo roof, which is a very smart choice for material. I cant go up top to look at quality so this review is not regarding that, but what is comes from my experience of owning my own construction company for 20yrs and done work in five different states. I have never seen a roof done using hardi backer but get the concept in order to hold down the foam used to slope and insulate the flat roof. I have two complaints as well as everyone else at the complex and have brought up to management. I am writing this as
