I am so happy I found Manuel Sanchez of MEJA Construction. He is honest, professional, and has a great team.
Alex and Juan worked on our home and did a beautiful job. There was one difficult project. We didn't have the right tiling for them and Alex figured out how to make the area look really nice using wood instead.
We recommend MEJA Construction if you want quality work done by real professionals who are kind and a pleasure to have in the home.

Manuel Sanchez is by far the best of the best contractor I've had the good fortune to ever work with. His integrity is second to none. I highly recommend him and Meja Construction, without any reservations.

In the midst of the pandemic, my HOA advised me I needed to replace a portion of my cantilever beam at my front door porch entry due to dry rot.

Because of the pandemic, it took one (1) year of painful interaction with 20+ contractors, sorting through varied proposed scopes of work, with quotes that ranged from either the job was too small or too big, or would cost anywhere from $5

We needed our awning and dry rot to be repaired for our single family home and after contacting several contractors we chose Meja Construction for their flexibility and competitive pricing. Manuel and his team were able to work with our budget and after assessing our house, he recommended our gutters to be replaced and to have the front of our house to be repainted to prevent further wood damage. We had some concerns during the project but they were able to fix it right away and work with our needs.

I am very pleased with the job completed by these guys. I had a small renovation project where they laid tile, installed baseboard and painted in a washroom area. Here is my candid experience. It is very unfortunate that I have to report that I did not have a good experience with this company. If you are considering remodeling, I would suggest obtaining several estimates and ask to see actual work of prior customers (not just photos). There was no accountability for mistakes and the project was not completed in a timely fashion as promised. Working with this company caused me and my family a great deal of stress. Just because someone appears "trustworthy" does not mean the person is trustworthy.

So glad I went with Meja Construction!
I tried to get someone to come out & change out a door for me before we painted the house. Most companies said they couldn't do it within that time. Others quoted me some pretty high prices.
Manuel at Meja got back to me quickly, gave me the lowest quote, and had one of his guys come out and change my door that Saturday!
The door is perfect! Excellent quality, looks awesome. Jose was on time, really nice, and did a fantastic job.
I highly recommend Meja Construction for your handyman needs! I would definitely call them again!

My wife and I have wanted to remodel our bathroom for quite sometime but we couldn't find a construction company that made feel us feel comfortable. Manuel and his team are all stars! They did such amazing work on building our beautiful fireplace. Manuel thought of every detail and was involved throughout the entire process. He was friendly, professional and reasonably priced. I hired him to fix my peeling laminate and install new kitchen cabinets. His team was efficient and got the job done in a timely manner. If I could give a zero, I would. Let me start by saying I hired Manuel to fix a leak in my shower stall. He charged me over $8000.00, doing a half assed job. Then the leak came back 5 months later. He came back to fix the leak again. He did another half assed job and the leak came back 6 months later. This time when I contacted him via phone, text and email, he ignored all of my requests. I had to hire someone to determine where the leak was coming from. Then I had to pay near $2000 to fix the water damage and the mold that had accumulated for 11 months. Then I had to pay someone else
