Overall experience was extremely disappointing, upsetting, and very unprofessional,due to lack of communication from management, working without recieving payment, unorganized, not even collecting information from new employees to pay for the work that was done, as well as not informing new employees where to enter the building they would be cleaning. Then having to reach out to the company when they should have been contacting us for further instructions as far as payment process. Waisted efforts and time with this company.

This company completely ripped me off on 2 different occasions! They charged me for a house that looks as if no one stepped foot in. In which the company admitted that a entire section was over looked. The owner agreed to to remove the charge for that home because it was such an upset. When I receive the bill for the second home it was inflated to compensate for them not charging for the first home that looks as if it wasn’t touched. I was charged 10 Hours to clean a 800 square foot home with all type of excess marked up fees and charges.
