They did a great job. I especially love how great my technician was at setting expectations. How long it will take to dry, expected results, both good and bad, how long the citrus smell (if selected) might linger etc. He addressed anything that might inconvenience, or irritate a customer up front before treatment. His full hour of work on the Master Bedroom carpeting left it looking clean, nearly new and smelling freshand perhaps best of all, theres absolutely no trace of the bedside, dark pet stains that we wanted removed. Our carpeting is twelve years old and still in good shape but we could see the heavy traffic areas. This company is very responsive and really easy to deal with. After we experienced a water leak in a bedroom we discovered a nasty stain left where wood finish from a chair bled onto the carpet. We tried every carpet spotter we had and it didn't even budge the stain. We had resigned ourselves to having to replace the carpet when we decided to call a professional. Russell did a fabulous job of getting the stains out of carpet that had definitely seen better days -- it was unbelievable. He was on time, efficient and very professional. I used this company 6-9-2017 to clean all the wall to wall carpets in my home. Mike removed all the stains and now my carpet looks new. Their process uses much less water so dries in 2 hours. They measure and charge $.40 per square foot. I will use them again.

I wish I had taken a "before" and "after" photo. My 13 year old couches looking quite slick! Unlike many upholstery cleaners they do not use soaps that make upholstery clean immediately but then start collecting and attracting dirt. So this will be a long term solution, not something that lasts a year or two.

I just had Meek's Chem-Dry come to clean a pretty serious problem on a carpet. I actually spilled, yes, spilled a ton of cat urine from a collection tray system I've been using for my cat. I've never seen so much cat urine in my life. Kevin, The best carpet tech I know, cleaned it out of the carpet and it's been drying for 3 or or days now and you can't smell a thing! I had an "Art Silk" rug that I thought was ruined by my dog's anxiety attacks. I met Kenny Meek's at a Sun City vendor fair, and although he was a big apprehensive, he said he would send out a sales rep to take a look at it.
The rep came out and did a spot treatment, and said he thought they could help. I was SO impressed at their service and pricing, along with the fact that the rug was 99% better looking than it was. Chem dry is awesome! My three year old turned a diaper into an art project in my carpet. I called at 5:15 and someone was at my house before 6!
My kids were enthralled with the machines and process and mike was incredibly polite and answered all their questions as they followed him around the house.

Chem Dry saved the day!! We recently purchased a new home & tried to clean the carpets ourselves... & OMG we woke up the prior owners musky dog smell!! I have used this particular Chem Dry on a few occasions and they do execellent work. Overall the Chem Dry process is highly recommended and I can tell you from trying other franchises of Chem Dry that all are not created equal. This Chem Dry franchise is my choice for carpet cleaning, trust me I am very picky!
My only disappointment comes from the pricing or I guess I should say the lack of clarification on pricing. I did not know there was a minimum square footage of 300sq ft. So when I was reviewing my charges (granted after the tech left) I added up my package, .65 cents a square foot times
