Our service provider was Josh, and we cannot say enough positive things about him. Josh helped us to turn the rug, so that the opposite side would get even wear and sun exposure. After thoroughly vacuuming, he applied the solution and cleaned. The carpet was also brushed and treated with sanitizer and deodorizer.

We had our carpets cleaned. Not something that you do every day but certainly something to think about. Our carpeting is twelve years old and still in good shape but we could see the heavy traffic areas. This company is very responsive and really easy to deal with. It is a family business and not a chain. When the technician arrived, he gave us three options. There is a basic option, just clean. There is a second option that includes a stain blocker and a third option that includes a deodorizer and sanitizer. We chose the latter option and are extremely happy with the results. After we experienced a water leak in a bedroom we discovered a nasty stain left where wood finish from a chair bled onto the carpet. We tried every carpet spotter we had and it didn't even budge the stain. We had resigned ourselves to having to replace the carpet when we decided to call a professional. We should have done it first. A Meek's technician came out promptly and went to work; after about an hour there was absolutely no trace of the stain! Can't ask for more than that!

Everything was great from placing a call to Theresa and Keith doing our cleaning. They actually have someone in the office that answers the phone. It was funny because I was waiting to leave a message and she was already calling me back because she wasn't able to pick up immediately. She gave me the information over the phone and scheduled an appointment time frame the next day since they had a cancellation. Very happy with Keith's friendliness and his professionalism. Found them using Yelp and they are ahhhhhmazing. They do a great job and most importantly to me..they are honest. I got a rough quote estimate over the phone and set my appointment and when they came they measured the area to give me an exact quote before starting. Meek's came highly recommended and I made an appointment to have them clean carpet at a rental property and I could not be more pleased or impressed. Russell did a fabulous job of getting the stains out of carpet that had definitely seen better days -- it was unbelievable. He was on time, efficient and very professional. I thought the cleaning was very reasonable (dollar wise) for the result which we obtained. I will be using Meek's for any future carpet cleaning needs without hesitation -- and asking for Russell !

I used this company 6-9-2017 to clean all the wall to wall carpets in my home. Mike removed all the stains and now my carpet looks new. Their process uses much less water so dries in 2 hours. They measure and charge $.40 per square foot. I will use them again.
I plan to turn into a Japanese and always leave my shoes in the garage. This looks so very nice I want to keep it that way.

I wish I had taken a "before" and "after" photo. My 13 year old couches looking quite slick! Unlike many upholstery cleaners they do not use soaps that make upholstery clean immediately but then start collecting and attracting dirt. So this will be a long term solution, not something that lasts a year or two.

**I am updating this review after Meeks quickly replied to my original post below. I called and spoke to Tracy who was very polite and willing to resolve the issues as much as possible. She scheduled a supervisor, Keith, to come out as soon as the next day. He was friendly and professional in every way, from calling to let me know he was running behind (although he still arrived within the time frame I was given) to the manner in which he addressed each individual issue. I just had Meek's Chem-Dry come to clean a pretty serious problem on a carpet. I actually spilled, yes, spilled a ton of cat urine from a collection tray system I've been using for my cat. I've never seen so much cat urine in my life. Kevin, The best carpet tech I know, cleaned it out of the carpet and it's been drying for 3 or or days now and you can't smell a thing! I had an "Art Silk" rug that I thought was ruined by my dog's anxiety attacks. I met Kenny Meek's at a Sun City vendor fair, and although he was a big apprehensive, he said he would send out a sales rep to take a look at it.
The rep came out and did a spot treatment, and said he thought they could help. I was SO impressed at their service and pricing, along with the fact that the rug was 99% better looking than it was. (The 99% was not their fault). If they could get the stains out of this rug, they can help you with just about anything.

Chem dry is awesome! My three year old turned a diaper into an art project in my carpet. I called at 5:15 and someone was at my house before 6!
My kids were enthralled with the machines and process and mike was incredibly polite and answered all their questions as they followed him around the house.
My carpet looks, smells, and feels great.

Chem Dry saved the day!! We recently purchased a new home & tried to clean the carpets ourselves... & OMG we woke up the prior owners musky dog smell!! It was SO bad we thought we were going to have to replace all the carpet. We called Chem Dry early the following morning in a panic & Keith assured us he'd have a tech over within a couple hours. Eric arrived shortly after & spent the remainder of the day working hard getting the musky dog smell out of our entire house. I have used this particular Chem Dry on a few occasions and they do execellent work. Overall the Chem Dry process is highly recommended and I can tell you from trying other franchises of Chem Dry that all are not created equal. This Chem Dry franchise is my choice for carpet cleaning, trust me I am very picky!
My only disappointment comes from the pricing or I guess I should say the lack of clarification on pricing. I did not know there was a minimum square footage of 300sq ft. So when I was reviewing my charges (granted after the tech left) I added up my package, .65 cents a square foot times
