AVOID THIS BUSINESS!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION! Especially if you are BIG on GOOD COMMUNICATION! I was just mind blown on how a business can be this unprofessional and horrible with their communication process. If you go on their "lowest rated" drop down menu here on Yelp....you will see how most of all of their low rated reviews are pretty much about them not responding and communicating poorly. Initially when I saw these reviews, I definitely did hesitate if I should start business with them. However, I decided to give them a benefit of the doubt as their pricing was reasonable

BUYER BEWARE!! Took almost 7 months to do a small laundry room. Between their internal politics (arguments between the project manager and the Forman) too many no shows to even count after I rearranged my work schedule to be at home for them and a new crew every time they did show up so I had to explain the project many many times. I can't even imagine a large project with them. Consider yourself warned. Reach out if you'd like to see the numerous texts from them with every excuse in the book for the delays and the no shows. It's not a pretty scene.

They are only available to do measurements Monday through Friday 9:00 to 4:00. I work for a living so I don't have availability in the middle of a weekday like that and they're not able to give me a price estimate on my $20,000 job.

I'd probably look somewhere else

There employees are not wearing masks and are not social distancing in any way.

If you want covid shop here. These guys and people like them are the reason we need to wear masks again and more people are continuing to contract the virus.

I reached out to several businesses regarding a flooring estimate on June 6th. They were very responsive and I got someone to come to my home the following week on a Friday to fit my schedule.
There was a scheduling conflict between the guy doing the estimate and the lady in the office. After several phone calls we worked out the scheduling for the same day.
I was told by the estimator that he'd get me an estimate by the following week Tuesday-Wednesday. Later that day I went to their showroom and encountered the guy who did the estimate. I picked up some samples and brought them home and

The initial estimates were all done via email with dimensions I provided, followed up with a home visit to verify dimensions. The actual quote came in less than the email estimate after the dimensions were verified! Scheduling and install were all on time and the install was fast and professional. I would recommend this place to my friends and family. I'll be needing another flooring upgrade upstairs in the near future so I'll be calling these guys again.

Pictures say it all. Counter top came with a piece foreign material in it. Didn't replace that section instead he drills a hole to remove. And the faucets are off set. Dozens of visits and phone calls. NOTHING!

They did a very professional job on our kitchen counter. The job was finished within 2 weeks of first contact and a very reasonable price. They had a very nice sink and faucet ready in-stock at a fair price. We were going to proceed with a bathroom remodel with them, but our house sold before it started.

Apollo, Louis, & the rest of the Nulook team did an amazing job at our house. We used them to do a complete renovation of the house, new kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, paint, etc. Louis took care of everything and all the work was very high quality. He kept me updated on the progress every step of the way and was very responsive. I highly recommend them!

I had called everyday and check on them for my flooring estimate. They even made stop by at their store for the estimates and I drove 30minutes for that and i never received an estimate from them even after waiting for a week. Very bad lazy service, unresponsive and total don't care attitude even if I'm ready to give them an $25k worth contract.

I've been a customer of NuLook flooring for about 10 years. If you're looking for quality products, excellent customer service and the best prices in town. I highly recommend seeing these guys. They always go above and beyond to make sure things are done right and in a timely matter. I send all my clients to them and will continue to trust them for all my flooring and house renovation needs.

This place is awesome! Excellent, kind customer service, amazing flooring, hardware and surfaces selections too! If you're looking for a finishes for your hone, give this place a try. It's worth it!

I hired Nulook for my Room remodel and it came out great. Had a leak in my roof later and hired them to come out because I already knew the quality of work they do is fantastic. Highly recommend

Most of the flooring stores I go to are either not very knowledgeable or the material or over priced, I was shopping around for my kitchen counter top and these nulook guys quote me within my budget and better material than I expected from the beginning, they have done 3 jobs for me and took care me while making the best selection (color matching /style of my house) of counter top and flooring, I also recommended 3 of my other friends and their very happy with their renovation they got from these guys! Two thumbs up

Great place with a good location and they have a super friendly staff! They have a big variety of different materials.I wanted a certain type of baseboard that they didn't have in stock and Apollo helped me order it and they got it in for me. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

First off, I'd like to start by saying that I read all of the Yelp reviews before hiring Nulook. I was a little wary due to some of what people had to say but a friend of mine had used them on a couple of their home renovations and swore by their work. Once we began to go back and forth with the estimate and scheduling I could understand some people's issues with their customer service, specifically just one person in the front office. However, halfway through our renovation, I learned that she is no longer with the company which should alleviate a lot of concerns other people have had

This place came as a referral from a friend. I was hesitant at first after reading some of the reviews.

The work done was phenomenal. My tiles were the super long ones and the other contractors even told me they are not comfortable with it as they break easily. They were completely level and the grout was perfect. (My brother's brand new home's tiles aren't even as nice.) I was able to rent out my house $200 more than my neighbor's because of the renovations.

Here's the reason why I took a star off:
The installer ended up MIA for 3 days and did not finish as scheduled

The floors turned out absolute amazing Louis and Manny was so great to work with they communicated very well and was very pleasant to work with. Couldn't have been any happier with the turn out. I'd definitely use them again.

Worce experience ever !!! After 2 yr of issues that accrued after the job was done and 2 times board of contractors was involved, I still continue having problems with flooring. Also the worce customer service from secretary Mery, she had been rude every time a called !
Please do yourself a favor and avoid this company. Ones you pay, you are nothing to them! I just wish one day everything gets fixed and I don't have to deal with them anymore, it's just a nightmare.

Such a shame this place and Manny wasted half of one of my days off. We asked if they had a certain backsplash to which he said oh yeah definitely, come in and get it.

We go right away as we needed it to complete a project the next day. He shows us a sample of what it looks like, we say we will take it. He had us pay the money up front and then told us to go to the back of the warehouse and Robert would bring out the slab for us.

1/2 hour later we see them all frantically searching for it, manny even showed us another slab that we didn't want. Ultimately said he would call us if they could

These guys are the BEST!! They took care of my house flawlessly and the job came out flawless! They take care of business and get it done right the first time. My wife loves her new wood floor! You will not be sorry using Nulook!!

Apollo's guys were always right on time. They're a hard working bunch that rolled in, demo'd the old floor and baseboards and started putting the new floor down. I can positively recommend apollo's business to you.

After a couple of months of trying to pick out tile, trying "tile mile", etc.. we found these guys while just driving by. Harry and the guys were awesome, as were the prices. They helped me load up, after the order... which was there on time, and without problems. Never had to wait for a call back, or email more then 1/2 a day, if that. Just all around great guys to work with. But specific differences to other stores, no waiting 10 minutes for "let me go check the price". Quotes were written up without excuses on the spot.
