Jeremy built our first custom home up here at Hawk Creek Ranch, near Davenport, WA. My husband and I were totally impressed with the quality and craftsmanship. I was here onsite during the build and working with Jeremy and his team was awesome. Jeremy is an exceptional Project Manager, with the experience to building a quality custom home for his clients.

Built in 2017. Had a very similar experience to Eugene G. Still dealing with problems and things falling apart 4 years later. Took 8 months to complete when contract stated it would be "substantially complete" in 4 months. Couldn't keep employees or contractors. Had at least five different "project managers" in 8 months. Don't waste your time or money. Most of the end product was ok, but the experience was horrible and no attention to fine finish work.

After 8 months of getting CDB construction to turn in the paperwork was a difficult task. When we were able to close they backed out of the deal and left me homeless. So if your a disabled vet like myself stay far away from this company.

Stay away from CDB! We had nothing but issues. Everything along the way was an issue. Business owner won't do what you ask them to do. Will not follow the architectural plans that you spent thousands of dollars on and you handed them. They won't actually read your plans. They will build it the way they want to build it; the cheapest way. They do the bare bone minimum required by building code. If your architect comes up with some items above and beyond building code because it's a good idea of prevention, those items won't be incorporated; even after discussing what you wanted
