For each project, we establish relationships with the property owners and partners who we know will help us create your dream renovation project and bring it to fruition. We work with the public and private sectors and make sector-overarching links to gather knowledge and learn from each other. The way we undertake projects is based on client needs, value engineering, and functionality to promote a potential increase in property value.
We begin the planning portion of the project by gathering your ideas. Our architect puts together drawings with your visions & budget in mind. Our Engineer coordinates with the architect to create a mechanical, electrical, and plumbing plan. Once permits are received, we work with the sub-contractors to bring your drawings, concepts, and ideas to reality!

Michael and his team were on time, (which is a very big deal to me). They did a great job, and cleaned up after themselves every day.
These issues seem like a no brainer, but his company is the first I have dealt with in a long time that actually treated my property as it was their own. I would highly recommend Buffington construction for any job.
