Tom and his crew just replaced my roof and I couldn't be happier. If I could give this review more than 5 stars I would! Tom came right over to look at my roof on the day that I reached out. He was responsive to my questions and answered my emails promptly. He kept me up to date on scheduling and did everything and more when it came to the quality of his work. As an example, he quoted 6' of Ice Dam material and what I noticed is that his guys put on 12'. He set an expectation and then exceeded it. His crew was polite, hard working and they did a great job of protecting sensitive areas and cleanup

I had to replace my roof this past winter, and out of 4 estimates, Tom came in by far the best. He and his crew put up a beautiful new roof in less than 2 days and left the property just as clean as it was before they arrived. Tom is passionate about his business and it shows in his work. I'd recommend him to anyone in the area looking for a roof replacement company.

We contacted Napolitano Roofing for a full replacement of our 30 year old roof, siding, skylights and windows, so finding the right contractor for such a comprehensive job was critical. From coming out here to fix a leak in our roof in the most economical way possible and fitting Us in when they had a full schedule.... all the way to demo and installation, I would give them 50 stars if I could. We had multiple quotes and by far this was the best one and the only one that was willing to work within our schedule. Just 110% incredible!!!!

I highly recommend Napolitano roofing. The quote was 100 percent accurate and they completed the project in two days as promised. The crew was well organized and courteous. Tom was great to deal with, and was amenable to providing the extras that I asked for - adding a ridge vent, pointing up the chimney and adding a chimney cap. They didn't simply patch mortar over the gaps between the bricks, they routed it out with a diamond saw and did it right. I am happy with the look of the roof and confident in the quality and the warranty.

Tom was very responsive and extremely helpful. His knowledge of the industry set him apart from the other companies. He is eager to help and very pleasant to work with. His crew was very professional, timely and did a great job in a short amount of time. They don't waste time! We got 4 other quotes before going with Napolitano and his pricing was competitive.
