We had nearly 2 feet of snow last week. For the first time in 17 years I didn't have to get up there to shovel the roof to prevent leaks. Stanley and Orke is the only roofing company we work with at Liberty Hall Museum. They have been taking care of the buildings on the museum grounds for almost 20 years, including the 55 room mansion which was built in 1772 by the first governor of New Jersey, William Livingston.

Excellent Company who successfully delivered and exceeded all Customer expectations.
Mark, is excellent and serves as the Customer's Project Manager the duration. He kept us posted on all progress made, and was patient and considered a few additions added to the Project.
The overall team was courteous, and provided quality work on all aspects of the tasks involved.
It was this level of excellence that brought successfull completion to our 4 part Project: 1) Roof Change, 2) Gutters & Covers replacement, 3) Aluminized cover all wood around outside of our home, 4) Replaced the Chimney Cover and

I used this company for a repair.
It is extremely frustrating when you call to pay the bill and you are informed they will charge you an additional 4%.
I am sure that the fees charged by the credit card co. Are tax deductible.
But I think for better customer service these charges should not be passed through to client.
In my opinion.

We had several leaks in our roof. I called several roof companies to find out even though they said they repaired roofs the really just wanted to put a new roof on my house. I called Stanley & Orke because I saw one of their commercials on TV. They promptly answered the phone and took all my information. They told me someone would call me back within a day which was fine because I told them this was not an emergency. They called me the next morning and said they could come over to my house right away. I met with one of their repair men who looked in my attic where my leaks were. He went up

I had Stanley & Orke out twice to help fix a leaking roof by a skylight. Their solution was to caulk any exposed nail without really investigating an old skylight for leaks. The roofer said the skylight was fine and sealed visually, but the location of the water penetration in the attic was just below it. I tried to tell them that it should be reflashed or replaced. Surprisingly, they didn't want to do it. After questioning the roofer about the leak and two failed attempts (yes I had them out twice to try to fix the same problem) they lost out on any further business from me.

I've had them do 2 roofs for me in the past 20 years, and therefore asked them to do the roof on my "new" house. They have always been polite, professional, hardworking and have done an excellent job.
Stepping outside and looking at the work underway a little while ago, it suddenly occurred to me that I hadn't discussed doing the shingles over the two bay windows. I quickly called the supervisor, and he said, "Don't worry, we include that" where he could have easily nailed me for an extra.
This is the first time I've used them where they use pneumatic nail guns, which greatly reduce the noise
