There are so many companies to choose from and we decided to hire Premier Roofing in November 2020, this company is the real deal. The owner, Jack was on site checking on his crew, making sure they had all the materials they needed and communicating with me as the project advanced. You never know what you’ll find when you open a roof and ours was in worse condition than I thought. Jack explained his recommendation in detail, pointing out visuals throughout the process, and allowing me to approve any additional work before his team made any changes. His rates were reasonable and his team delivered

Matt was a pleasure to do business with. Premier is a better company because of him. That being said, the time it took from my estimate to completion of my roof repair was great. Extremely happy with the company. We worked with Matt. He was very friendly and professional. Total roof replacement with tear off of old roof and gutters. Job was completed in just 7.5 hours. Price was great and the work was exceptional. Will use them for our next big job. Highly recommend!!

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT use this company. Poor customer service, and I do not concider them reputable. Received a bill for 9 man hours at $93.50 per hour. Told me it would be an additional 3.5% to put on credit card. ROOF STILL LEAKS and they were at my house twice and not more than 1 hour per visit.

Had my roof replaced on 5/14/20. Matt was helpful and set me up with financing that fit my budget. His workers were here on time and were very professional. The supervisor gave instructions which were carried out. When the job was finished they cleaned the property like they were never there. I would recommend Premier Roofing without a doubt.

Matt Mehorter was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Matt showed me the products and options available, and walked me through the steps of both the roofing and siding project. The price was competitive and the quality of materials, and workmanship were excellent. Matt did what he said he would do, and was always available by phone.

I am not one to write a review as to how a company performs, however I feel that it is warranted to do so today. I have been in the union commercial building industry for more than 50 years. I know craftsmanship and quality workmanship when I see it. Premier Roofing was recommended by a good friend and I couldn't be more pleased that I chose Premier to replace my 20 year old roof. From the project manager (Matt) to the installers I can say nothing but "Thank You" for a professional removal and new installation that took only two days to complete. AVOID PREMIERE ROOFING in Tom's River! "Mike" was hired to replace our roof. While doing the job, he or one of his workers punctured a line to the air conditioner situated in the attic. Freon leaked, damaging the siding and the A/C unit is inoperable. Mike is supposed to be bonded and insured just in case something likes this happens. For the past 2 months Mike has been promising to come and view the damaged A/C unit but he keeps giving me the runaround. The hot weather is here and there is a senior citizen living in a house that now has no A/C. There are a lot of roofers

Horrible customer service. I called a few times to speak to someone and all you hear is them in the background arguing. They came out to give me a free estimate on a job and never got back to me . Came out twice, 2nd time with the owner which showed interest to me. Boy I was wrong. Not even a return phone call. I finally got a hold of someone and was told sorry we got tied up and are booked now. Do yourself a favor and find a more professional company. Don't be fooled by the fancy web page or the trucks.

Once they finally return your call , they will call your answering machine (EARLY ENOUGH TO WAKE YOU UP) and not leave a message. Also, there were other actions that prove to me that they are very unprofessional!!! If they demonstrate this many problems at the start, I would never hire them as there would certainly be more problems in the future.
