We hand-select each product we offer to provide our customers with exclusive collections of high-quality products that they won't find anywhere else. Each product is put through a rigorous system of quality checks and all the colors and styles are carefully planned to inspire our shoppers.
It's the best floor for those who suffer from allergies plus it contributes to a healthier indoor air quality. Engineered hardwood planks are constructed, or engineered as the name suggests, from multiple layers. The top layer, also called wear layer, is still a 100% real wood. Other layers, made up of plywood, are stacked in opposite directions and bonded together.

Their flooring is cheap quality and their customer service is horrible I have a house full of vinyl flooring where the tongue and groove is ripping off. I have to now completely change my flooring. I know now to go with a better company with quality products and good customer service. I feel cheated.
The floors are cracking everywhere, there are sharp edges sticking out from each end. This is really unsafe for kids in the house as it keeps poking their feet. We had the floors put in March of 2020 and literally within a year we started to see pieces crack and break. Very cheap quality, definitely

Had all new cabinets installed in our kitchen. Some of them don't shut properly, some aren't straight and there is just too much wasted space above the oven when the cabinet should have been been fitted properly. They also had to come back out and fix the cabinets after they were installed because the oven wouldn't fit even after we thoroughly discussed the size of the oven! Trying to get them to come back out was awful, never could get an answer to a definite day and time to fix it. Not impressed with the quality of them either, especially with the cost. They should be flawless. Very disappointing

I purchased flooring 1,700 sq feet in 2020. Today they quoted me almost 40% higher. They said they will meet me half way with only a 17% increase from when I purchased last year. They are "accounting for inflation" I only needed an additional couple hundred sq feet.
They own the product, so I'm not sure how materials already in hand are affected by inflation.
This place is a rip off if you need additional product. Please customers be aware of this place. I dislike being taken advantage of in times like this.

Be careful buying from them. Bought flooring 8 years ago. Right as we unpackaged our flooring, we noticed a chemical stench. We didn't think much of it and ended up installing. Long story short, my husband developed severe allergies and we had to get rid of all the flooring. Even our guests would say our house had a smell of " gasoline".

I was not expecting such professionalism and knowledge from Lana. As a contractor I look for the best value for my customers. Lana was able to find the perfect floors and pad for my projects while saving me $. I could get cheaper but not this high of a quality product for the price. Guys at the warehouse were also just as professional and helpful when I picked up my order. Very friendly and quick. I won't go anywhere else for my flooring needs. I'm not finished but already looks so much better. 6 stars!

I had such a great experience with German flooring when it came to getting our flooring for our remodel. ALL of their staff is helpful! The staff was knowledgeable about their product and took the time to help me pick out what's best for me! They have the best price! I was able to reach them at anytime if I had any questions or updates. We love our flooring thank you German flooring! I would highly recommend!

I made an appointment to install four weeks ago and they arrived early on the right date and did what looks like a very good job. During COVID hard to get other companies to do things on time but this place did. My only problem was worker did not always keep his mask on. Yes it is hard to work, especially five or more hours, with a mask on but that is very important these days while in people's houses

German Flooring has just finished a major remodeling of my kitchen -- in fact, it was a complete makeover rather than a remodeling, complete with new cabinetry, fixtures and countertops. Salesperson arrived, I had to ask more than once he wear a mask. Promised to give me a quote within 2-3 days. Never heard from him again. No reply to email. I risked my life to have this guy come in my house. I would never do business with this company ever again. yelp requires I give one star. I'd give zero stars.

Amazing experience! Don't be misled by the name. They do more than just flooring! Mike was nothing less than awesome to work with. He came out right away and was very accomodating. They were able to install the quartz tub surround without seams and across the ceiling. They started the job within a week, and finished right away. I was only planning to do part of the kitchen cabinets because u was concerned about how much it might cos, but Mike suggested we do the entire kitchen because i would like their price.....and i did! I absolutely love the way this kitchen and bath looks now!

We have used German flooring in the past and we love doing business with them. They are very friendly and have wonderful products. I always buy the material from them eventhough I reside in bay area now. Love working with OT and Steven. They always carry best material with reasonable price and also installation cost is the lowest than any other installer. I always have recommended them in the past and will continue do in future too.

We were a little surprised that a flooring company also had cabinets. We visited the showroom and found a pretty good selection of cabinets. When it came time to order some Michael came out to the house and measured to make sure our design would work. I will have to follow up once everything is done.

Had an amazing experience with these guys! They helped me choose the best flooring for my particular style and home and also gave me a great price in my budget. Installation was quick, clean and had very friendly, respectful workers installing the floor.
I love the new look in my home!!! It made such a difference! It's very high quality too...my 16 month old and dog drags/bangs everything on the ground...his cars, screwdrivers, pots, pans, marker and much more. There still isn't a scratch on my floor and it washes so easily. I'm not worried about the floor getting damaged at all

No complaints my parents got some new flooring here for their rental and so I decided to check them out. I was greeted right away and the first guy helping me was trying to look up my dads account so he could show me which one it was on the show room. Anyway Alexandra took over I was very undecided they gave me a few samples to take home and think over. The next day I returned and made my purchase. They are going through some new inventory so some of the products were not stocked anymore. Also due to tariffs with China they also had some price increases.
