Permanent damage often occurs from neglect, incorrect cleaning methods, and using chemicals that are not formulated for tile care. Any cleaning residue that stays on the surface will attract soils and cause buildup. The objective is to establish a customized and long-term tile maintenance which includes preventive maintenance, daily maintenance, and good cleaning and sealing of the grout.
Our technicians conduct a complete inspection of all drapes and advise you if the drapes are cleanable before we will take them down. We handle only take down drapes. Inspection includes looking for any worn or frayed areas, rips, tears, sun fading, and any spots or stains. All drapes are dry cleaned only.
These are all problems that we have faced on our brand-new carpet that is not so brand new anymore. Carpet color problems arise from a vast number of different sources and reasons. Common reasons are cleaning chemicals, bleach, ozone gas fade, food dye stains, acne cream bleaching, sun bleaching or fading, cleaning products, insect sprays, furniture staining, mustard, pet stains, and the list goes on.
Soil retardant is designed to repel dry soils and keep them from penetrating carpet or upholstery fibers. Proper carpet/upholstery preparation, dilution of chemical, and application are essential to obtaining the highest level of performance. Nothing will make a carpet bulletproof, but soil retardants offer extra protection.
The use of natural stone and tile has been on the rise over the years. All stone is taken from the earth in the form of raw block. Explosives, large saws and specialized equipment are used to extract the stone form the earth. The stone blocks are then cut into thinner, more easily handled pieces called slabs.
