Hateful- called to ask for help on a metal roof that is leaking. Very short and asked how steep the roof was. I explained that the front of the house is two story and the back is one story- he said in a very irate voice -That’s not what i am asking, what is the steep, how tall is the steep that i will have to walk up”
1. That is your job, you are a roofer.
2. I am not a roofer, nor is it anything i know about or i would repair it myself.
3. If you are in a customer service field and you yell at your potential client - how in the world do you expect to retain any business.

This past winter we experienced significant damage from ice damming, etc. Our Realtor recommended that we have Outhouse Roofing take a look at our roof and assess the damage. Jim Adams with Outhouse Roofing came out and was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly honest. He put together an extremely through evaluation of our current roofing system and did a great job educating me on the areas that needed to be addressed. Upon his recommendation, we chose to do a complete roof replacement. Jim worked with us to select what product and system was most appropriate for our roof

My experience with roofers in this local area have been somewhat dissatisfying. when I made my call to other roofing contractors, the results were that they never returned my call or were a no-show. they simply seemed to ignore my need for the help on my leaking roof. I finally got a roofer who is prompt,courteous, and seemed to know what he was talking about.His prices seemed to be affordable so I gave him a shot. Never regretted it..He solved the problem in a reasonable amount of time and I haven't had a problem up to date. Hope not to have to worry about it but if the time comes that I need
