Hughes Construction remodeled our kitchen & family room and I was completely satisfied with the whole process from start to finish. I heard horror stories of remodels but Hughes Construction was on target & one step ahead from day one. I would recommend them to anyone doing remodel or new construction.
We lost our home in Carr. Found Hughes Construction was ready to help. Several months later we can say we are extremely pleased that they stayed on budget and made exceptional modification agreements along the way. Our new home is beautiful and something we would not have experienced in our lives. Thanks to Shane, Shawn, and Berry, and Redding Tile and Stone Works and all the others that came through on our home project.

Over the top price with work schedule drawn out over months. Just seemed like everything was rushed. And what ever you think u want done you better have a 100 percent detailed list drawn out and make sure they stick to it. Cause i asked for some crawlspace work and got the minimalist. Wasnt what i expected at all. The work isnt bad but its the delivery and the time it took. Like they really dont care about it. Its just a job

We have been so very happy with Hughes Construction. The guys are very friendly, so polite, tidy, and meticulous. They do amazing work! Every one of the guys working on our home truly loves what they do, and it shows. I am so thankful we chose Hughes Construction and will definitely use them for any future need we may have. :)

As a casualty of the Carr Fire and current client of Hughes Construction. I not only recommend Hughes 100% but I’d hire them again. Hughes caring and giving nature allowed us to rebuild our destroyed Redding home. When other general contractors came in over priced, Hughes crunched the numbers and came in under my allowable budget.
Hughes Construction is ethical, trustworthy and goes above and beyond to help those affected by the Carr Fire. Great Company!

Shane Hughes and his crew did an amazing job fixing my sunroom. I contacted several companies in the area to fix my sunroom after noticing several leaks this last winter. After taking time off of work to meet contractors who didn't show up or showed up to give an estimate only to never hear from them again, Shane Hughes was the only one to stay true to his word (and not due to lack of work). Shane and his crew were courteous, prompt, efficient, hard working and most importantly KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. I'm more than satisfied with their work and fair prices.
