We hired KMR to paint the entire interior of an historic house. We were extremely impressed with their work, and would hire them again in an instant for many reasons: (1) Their prep and painting work was immaculate. Mr. Ryan and his crew have completed two jobs at my 1920's home. My first experience two years ago involved exterior painting which, as you may imagine from the age of the house, is not an easy task.

We unfortunately did not have a positive experience with KMR paining for many reasons. We initially had issues with Kevin arriving on time each day. He arrived much later than expected because he was completing multiple jobs at once. We decided to continue to go through with the job to give Kevin another chance, however the end result was not what we had expected. Much of the work was sloppy, there were areas of our home missing paint, the lines around the ceiling weren’t neat, there was paint on places there shouldn’t be(kitchen cabinets, tiles in the bathroom, the floor throughout

Kevin Ryan from KMR Painting and Decorating has been painting my house both inside and outside over the past few years. His work is immaculate. I only use Kevin. No one else will touch my house. Kevin also applied crown molding to the living room and dining room which came out gorgeous. Kevin is a perfectionist. He is clean, reliable and very nice.
