I recently had Mike and Jose come out and replace the sewer lines under my house and changed out the plumbing under the sink along with a garbage disposal. These two guys were a pleasure to work with. They work fast because they work well together as a team. It was amazing to see all the work they did under my house and the hole they dug up to connect to the main sewer line. They even put a clean out for me there and under my sink. When the job was done everything was cleaned up swept up and old pipe hauled away. Unfortunately years past I have had other plumbing companies work at my house. Lets

We needed the drain pipe fixed before our new washer was installed. Mike responded right away. Communicated every step of the way. The job was done quick and right. As far as cost. It always sucks to have to pay for a repair but you also get what you pay for and his prices are fair.

Great service! Had major drain issue the night before a long road trip. Called Mike at 700am Saturday, and after hearing about our situation, changed his schedule and was at our house within 15 minutes. After surveying our issue, he began the repair. We were able to leave for our trip by 830am while Mike worked on the repairs. He provided many updates throughout the day, even with pictures.

I had a major plumbing issue in my kitchen waiting for me when I came home from work. One plumber quoted me $900 to snake the drain. Obviously that didn't happen so I went with Ace's per a referral from my dad and not only did he charge me SO much less (only $225!), he came out to Chino Hills and fixed my plumbing issue. I feel 100% confident in his work and not only did I find my new go-to plumber for everything but I know who to recommend to others! Thank you, Mike!

Where do I start? I’m going to start with the word phenomenal! This company is phenomenal, fantastic, professional, reliable and those are just a few things that come to mind when I think of ace plumbing. The owner Mike is very personable he’s very honest and his prices are very fair and affordable. This is our second time using him here at our home, the first time we called him he fixed a minor problem and didnt charge me.at that point we knew he was very honest and dependable. I am sorry to say these guys will definitely overcharge you especially if you call them to deal with a toilet blockage. Yes, the guy had to climb the ten feet tall roof and snake 35 feet and cleared the blockage and said if we do a camera survey he will only charge $150.00 for the camera survey after charging $300.00 for unblocking the toilet. The total time he spent was one hour and ten minutes for everything. We had no choice but to pay the agreed and no way he justified $450.00.
Now having paid that, I thought of putting Ace Rooter to the test by getting the price for this job. Would you believe

Mike was timely, prompt and responsive to the call -- first, about my refrigerator line and then about the lack of hot water from my hot water heater. In both instances, he made sure all was working and in fine order before payment and his departure; he even requested a text to ensure things were still working properly later in the day. I didn't have to wait for days for help like I have in the past with more corporate companies. Support small business and hire Mike. You won't regret it!

Best plumber I've ever used. I called several other plumbers in the area. I felt they were all trying to take advantage of the situation. Mike was actually in Vegas at the time I called he answered. I felt even in the phone call he was very honest. We decided to wait for him to return from Vegas to do the work. I was very pleased I did!!! Highly recommend!!! This was meant to be posted last year somehow ended up in my drafts.

Found this place through Yelp reviews, looking for someone near Azusa to fix a clogged dishwasher which was leaking through air gap to sink. Was debating waiting for the home warranty plumber or finding my own. (Another company quoted me an outrageous price to replace the whole air gap and pipes)

I had a leaking water pipe inside a condo by the laundry area, and after another plumbing technician failed to show up for the appointment, Mike came to the rescue.
It was already close to 6:00 pm, and didn't think I could have someone do the repair before the day was over, but Mike showed up within the hour after leaving another job, and took care of everything.
He's great at communicating. Can't stress how important this is. Half the businesses on here don't answer their phone calls. It's as if they're not interested in your business. Thanks Mike!

My water bill more than doubled when it should have decreased. When I saw a pool of water in a normally dry part of my lawn, I thought a water line broke, so I found Ace's on Yelp. Mike showed up within an hour on a Sunday. He checked my house's meter and informed me it was not registering any water usage. Mike also crawled under my house to make sure everything was alright. He suggested I call the water company to find out what is going on from their end.
Although no water line leaks weren't located, Mike did make some recommendations and gave me a quote on replacing some drain

Highly recommend. I deal with a lot of contractors being in property management and I have to say that mike is very professional, punctual, communicative and personable. He was at my house within 2 hours of my initial call, and even when he got caught up at the current job, he called me to let me know his new ETA. Mike was clear and thorough every step of the way. He didn't try to up-sell me or start suggesting unnecessary repairs.

I called mike this afternoon for garbage disposal replacement. He promptly answered call and scheduled with me
He arrived on time and worked professionally.
We did end up having to replace older pipes under the kitchen sinks as they were not proper from previous works.
The finish result was clean. He also gave good maintenance tips on garbage disposals

After getting the major run-around from the plumber sent out by our home warranty service, I decided to call Mike back. He correctly diagnosed the regulator and replaced it within a couple of hours.
We have worked with him several times at are always pleased with his professionalism, workmanship, and overall friendly attitude. He takes pride in his work, and we feel great about supporting a family-owned business. Mike has always been very responsive and available when we need him.... of course plumbing always seems to be an urgent need!

The initial problem: Our shower water was backed up and the shower had turn into a small pond.....
The nearby plumbing company weren't able to solve our problem. They tried with a snake and a hydro-jet but nothing works... We were told the ONLY solution would be changing the pipe underneath. So like most people, not knowing anything, we agreed to it.
LUCKILY, we spoke to Mike from Ace's Rooter before the other company come to change out our pipe underneath
