Citadel Services, Inc., was established in 2003 by three very dedicated individuals with more than 5 decades of experience. Citadel has grown to more than 20 employees, including licensed plumbers, pipe fitters, certified welders, office administrative and warehouse personnel. We are taking a slow purposeful growth path, ensuring we do not lose sight of our core values and integrity.
We have been using Citadel exclusively for all our heating, air conditioning and plumbing needs since 2004. We have been nothing but satisfied with the friendly and knowledgeable service that we have received. Citadel has always done great work for us at both our properties, and they are very responsive.

Third time using their service, this was an emergency situation - no hot water. Called and repairman was there in an hour. Determined the problem with my on demand water heater, stated that the parts were difficult to obtain. Next morning called saying overnight shipment of parts and repair man would be there at noon. Parts were installed amid a matrix of wires and circuit boards an hour and a half process. He explained all the nuances and steps taken and why it was difficult to get the parts due to distribution process of the company. I could not be more pleased with the quick, timely, and professional

Citadel Services has been our service provider for years. The technicians are honest and professional, always looking out for my best interests. We use them for their plumbing, heating and air conditioning services. We had trouble with our drains clogging. Citadel found the problem. Our furnace went down in the winter on the weekend. Citadel came out and got us back up running. Highly recommend and appreciate the quality service.

Citadel plumbing does very good work. The plumbers were professional and thorough and respectful. I do want to caution you about pricing however. If you are asking for rates, make sure to ask if you are responsible for paying overtime based on the plumbers schedule not on the time of day. We were quoted at one price and our total bill more than doubled. We called to get an explanation and it was a very unproductive experience.
