Valley Rain entered the Phoenix landscape construction market as public works specialty subcontractor.

Salvage and restoration of "plant litter" and natural slash to restore a native appearance. Quality control for finish surface grading (surface tools, surface slicer views and one tenth contour intervals to view and troubleshoot design surfaces).

Valley Rain is a General Engineering and General Building Contractor for Public Works Projects. We focus on horizontal construction with high aesthetic value, such as parks, trailheads, and plazas. We include supporting vertical structures like monuments, restrooms, ramadas, concession and maintenance buildings.
VR crews build storm drains, culverts, rip rap, structures and erosion protection needed to weather Arizona storms. Our concrete crews are well known for all types of structure and flatwork with special talent for decorative and architectural surfaces. Our grading accuracy is increased by the use of digital 3D surface modeling.
