They claim that they cleaned carpets in vacant apartment but I can tell that they did not. Probably just vacuumed at the most. There is not a trace from carpet cleaning wand, shampoo smell or moisture on carpets as typically left after carpet cleaning.
Guy was nice on phone until I mentioned that if that is how they cleaned the carpets, I will not recommend them to anybody, he abruptly ended conversation and HUNG UP!

A+ for this cleaning service! After several disappointing experiences with cleaning people and services, I Googled Merry Maids out of sheer desperation and accidentally came upon Maid To Perfection. The Owner actually answered the phone, showed up on time (!) to give an estimate that SAME day and sent a crew of 4 to clean my Parents' horribly dirty house after moving them in to a Nursing Home. The crew was so friendly, professional, accommodating (I was present while they cleaned and I'm very sensitive to harsh cleaning products. So, they used milder products) and they worked HARD! They

I scheduled a house estimate cleaning appointment and twice they did not show up and I had to call them. Why advertise and then not be as reliable as the flyer left on my front door claimed. Disappointed in the lack of follow through. I am a huge supporter of local business and would have been a great client as I would have provided consistent business and a source of referrals for new business. I suggest staffing and organizing yourselves appropriately as well as be respectful of others people's time if you are going to own a business.
