Super Service was incredibly responsive and extremely professional. Their assessment of our toilet was that it needed to be replaced, which they did quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately, the toilet that they installed had a manufacturing defect and itself needed to be replaced! I was so impressed by the speed with which they responded to this new, unanticipated development. Within 24 hours, they were at our house with another new toilet; they were clear communicators, solutions-oriented, and responsible. Would definitely use again!

Customer service was great, they were quick to response to calls. They sent someone out the next day. There were initially some miscommunication but was very quickly resolved. We were sent an estimate, and the manager tried to communicate with us on a timely manner and made sure we were on the same page.

We had a furnace that quit on Friday night. We called everywhere and got Super Service to come. The came on time. Were very profesional and explained everything to us,we were told we need a new furnace and they set up to start in the am. They put in the furnace then we ran into problems the needed an electrican to connect it took 4 days to get an electrican,which made it hard as we had no heat and no water,I felt we were in the primative times they keep on keeping us about what was going on. By the end we had heat and water they cleaned up and were very good it just seemed like a long time. I would

The manager was quick to response to my call and was very polite. However,
I did not hire them for the job...except for the $58 for them to get someone out to just take a look (literally), they charge $180/hr for diagnostic...I was told to fix the boiler, it would be few thousands dollars, and the tech did not even touch the boiler. I wish I spent more times to look over the reviews before having them to come out and save myself a $58!

I really appreciate the rapid response to a weekend emergency. Jim was very friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. The water on the street had to be shut off due to leaking at the main shut off. He took care of everything and resolved the problem in a reasonable amount of time with great ability and professionalism.

Super Service Today did a fantastic job in fixing my plumbing issues. They helped diagnose my drain issues and improve the leaking pipe and upgrade it to plumbing code. Overall, I got an upgrade plumbing system for my bathroom at fair price value for the work. They responded quickly and efficiently. The dispatchers and service managers are professional and pleasant to talk to, particularly Stephanie, Graham, Steven, and Victor. The plumbers (Jim, Roy, and Brad) at Super Service Today are good at what they do. If I have any future plumbing issues, I will call Super Service Today.

Never again! Customer beware! They just charged me $1500 to hook up a washer/dryer unit. The gas line was right there, so there was no changes to that. It was simply a couple of hoses and a dryer vent. $1500 to hook up a $1300 washer/dryer. I'm sick to my stomach. Make sure you get a very, very good idea of the cost before having these guys do anything. In addition they were supposed to come Friday morning and never called to cancel. I had to call them to find out that they were too busy. They did come Saturday morning and did the job. The technician was polite and knowledgable. But $1500

Be careful with this company. They will charge you $230 for just coming and looking around. They gave me quotes so outrageous it is clear they don't want to provide services...only to ding you for money and then leave. They quoted me $2300 to replace a kitchen sink even though I bought the new sink and faucet. They wanted over$2000 for less than two hours work. Seems like a scam. That quote is predatory and absurd. I hope they don't talk less aware homeowners into getting ripped off. They wanted another $1600 to replace my shower head with a new one.

Today @341 Commonwealth ave, this company started their construction without posting a sign post previous night which is illegal.
2nd I parked my car last night at above location. This morning I got a buzz at my door asking me to move my car else it will be towed. But when he and construction guy saw there was no sign post both apologized and asked me to talk to manager at Super service today who talked to rudely and told me to pay for cleaning my own car which was dirty as hell. Please see the pictures.
I am filing a complaint against this company at mass.gov today.

Basically flushed money down the toilet by calling here. They sent a tech out who made no attempt unblocking toilet. He said i needed a new pump and toilet and quoted me $2300. So i basically paid them a $60 fee for an estimate. I hired another plumber who came out, took pump apart and found a sheet rock screw stuck in the pump from contractors. Fixed toilet for $100. So, if you want to pay for a false estimate, these guys are for you.

I accidentally broke off the stem off the faucet in the tub. Called them on Monday and scheduled an appointment on Friday. On Friday they called and canceled and rescheduled for the following Tuesday. The man came (nice guy) changed the stem, I supplied the new stem. They charged us $450.
I can NOT recommend them. Find a local plumber who won't steal from you.

DO NOT TRUST SUPER SERVICE TODAY. Had a sewage drain pipe break and they gave me an estimate of almost 20K on the low end for a spot repair. Called the department of public works for an opinion and they immediately recognized the scam. They investigated immediately and repaired/replaced the pipe at NO COST in the same week. The break was beyond the sidewalk which is town property. Of course Super Service Today were shady and deceptive by leading me to believe there was no other option and time was not on my side. Absolutely TERRIBLE, I called because I had a problem with a clogged toilet. The plumber took a look at the toilet and said the toilet should be replaced to fix the clog . I payed for the toilet , and I paid 1200 dollars just to get the toilet installed. I expected the problem to be resolved, but the toilet was still clogged. I called them again explaining the problem. It wasn't until the second visit that they actually fixed the problem. I had to pay another 397 dollars. Please save your money and find another company.

I have never left a review before, but I would give more than 5 stars if I could! Travis from Super Service Today came to fix our kitchen sink first thing in the morning when my 3-yr old son was just waking up, and he was so patient and thorough, brought my son a pair of gloves so he could help him while he explained everything to me. He fixed it all right there within 20 min and let my son feel like he was helping the whole way. Overall amazing service and couldn't have been nicer. Thank you again!

Super service did a good job at my fathers home. Called and got an appointment next day. Did work in a timely manner and manager was knowledgeable. I've had my share in dealing wit plumbing/ Hvac companies before. And these guys are good. Fyi if ur calling heating/plumbing services it's costly Period. So please keep an open mind

The job wasn't an easy one , time consuming, but Super Service took on the contract. sure it might have cost me more, good work don't come cheap. Plumbers Travis and Rob were very professional. the kept the area relatively clean while working and clean up all debris after the job was finish.
Here is my backstory : I live in a old building. The toilet 9 A sloan flusher toilet was 80yrs old, functional , (just not functioning correctly ) and concrete solid walls. making the jobs more time consuming and messy. I wanted it swapped out
